I want to shine light on the fact that the woman suing for $300 was not only respectful, she was clear and concise with every answer she gave. She didn't fill her responses with useless commentary nor bad jokes.
On the other side was a man that had absolutely no respect for women. Anyone watching knows that he would not have disrespected a male judge the way he disrespected the judge, the other litigant, nor her representative. Disgusting.

They had Johnnie Cochran, Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden (OJ prosecutors), Gloria Allred and a bunch of others. Part of it, too, is we really don't have that kind of high profile lawyer anymore.

He prepped, he's a pretty good lawyer if you Google him, but sometimes your clients just don't want to cooperate, and that's not the lawyer's fault. The winning of a case depends on the lawyer yes, but it depends mostly on how the client show themselves as, the problem with the jury is that people are biased and if they find one thing that they don't like about either the plaintiff or the defendant, their minds are set then and there
