Very easy ice cream you can make at home. You will only need 3 ingredients to make this delicious Ube Ice Cream. No mixer is needed but it will be a useful tool to have! If you have one, please lend it to me sometime soon. :))

You will need:
500ml Heavy cream (chilled overnight/ or put in the freezer for 30mins)
150g or 1/2 cup condensed milk
50g or 5 tbsp Ube powder
Alternatives: Ube Halaya or Ube flavoring
Note:
Cream should be chilled overnight or placed in the freezer for at least 30mins before starting.
Bowl should be chilled for 30 minutes to 1hour.
Arms will be sore if you don't have a mixer. No pain no gain.
