Great idea, and especially if the volunteers all come from different parts of the city and bring the dogs back to their neighborhood for the day. Wearing those "adopt me" vests will give the dogs more attention/exposure than if they were sitting in a shelter not being seen.

We're not allowed to have pets in this rental, so this might be a nice way to be around dogs.
