In 1978 I was 17 yrs old. Fell in love with Scorpions music. Bought Lovedrive and played the whole cassette over and over. Im still a fan, boys. I seen you twice live. Im older now, I still enjoy the memories of the good old days as a teenager sitting in my 1970 Cutlass singing this beautiful song.

I've seen The Scorpions five times live. I wish I could do it one more time. First album I bought was Virgin Killers. A lot of the ballads are great songs to learn on the guitar. So calming to sit down and play a riff. Thank you for 46 years of beautiful entertainment.
Best of Scorpions was the first album I bought, along with Gillan. It was 1980, I was 16. I'd never heard of them but the photo on the back - long hair, they must be heavy. Played it to death. Saw them at Knebworth 1985.

На мафон перекатаны, потом слушать можно, только так! Выпросить поставить пласт, месяцами уговаривали! А когда в конце 90-х собрался переехать на "историческую" родину то не знал, что делать! В мусор не выбросить, жалко! Просто так кому-то отдать, жалко! С собой не надо! Продать тоже никому не удалось! Уже CD-шки пошли во всю! Так и остались в доме, новому хозяину в довесок к дому! Сокрушался, что не слушал, берег! А теперь думаю пожалел, что с собой не забрал! Они у него в Идеальном состоянии были! Сейчас они стоят как золото по весу! Грамм на грамм! Там были оригиналы первых изданий! Сейчас их просто так никто даже продать не захочет! Думаю хозяин дом отбил, и не раза в 2, а раз в 10! Дом продал за 5 тысяч долларов, там только "Битлы" пару- тройку пластов стоят эти 5 тысяч...! Я сам люблю "винил" послушать!

今何気なくTH-camを流していた。レインボーのジョンリターナーアルバムを２枚聴いた。何気なくスコーピオンズのベストを聴いた、３曲目がこの曲だった。哀愁漂く歌声、聞きなれているはずのクラウスの声が今日は切なく悲しく心に響いた。なぜか涙が溢れてきた。心揺さぶる素晴らしい歌声、心の奥を優しくなぞりながら、ぎゅっとゆっくり掴みこまれた感じがした。涙は止まらない。英語の歌詞は全ては理解できないまま聞いているのに、メロディーと歌声で泣けた。本当に最高の曲です。

Lovedrive is still my favorite Scorpions album. This song and Holiday were both "power ballads" long before that was even a thing with 80's bands. Honorable mention also for Lady Starlight from Animal Magnetism.

Бомба!!! В 80 году ходили к соседу на "Орбите" послушать Скорпов! Батя у него в море ходил, привозил пласты со всего света! Так "пласты" были не прикасаемы! На мафон перекатаны, потом слушать можно, только так! Выпросить поставить пласт, месяцами уговаривали! А когда в конце 90-х собрался переехать на "историческую" родину то не знал, что делать! В мусор не выбросить, жалко! Просто так кому-то отдать, жалко! С собой не надо! Продать тоже никому не удалось! Уже CD-шки пошли во всю! Так и остались в доме, новому хозяину в довесок к дому! Сокрушался, что не слушал, берег! А теперь думаю пожалел, что с собой не забрал! Они у него в Идеальном состоянии были! Сейчас они стоят как золото по весу! Грамм на грамм! Там были оригиналы первых изданий! Сейчас их просто так никто даже продать не захочет! Думаю хозяин дом отбил, и не раза в 2, а раз в 10! Дом продал за 5 тысяч долларов, там только "Битлы" пару- тройку пластов стоят эти 5 тысяч...! Я сам люблю "винил" послушать!

Wow! I was 2 mos old when they performed this. I saw them in Las Vegas in April 2022 - they were awesome. A true evergreen band.
