After the hip mobility routine i was expecting an ankle routine and now the hip and ankle routine when my season starts are gonna be my go to to prevent injury and be healthy all the season
Thank you so much for all the videos!! I have beens struggling for a few years with ankle instability and strenght. It will help me a lot! Keep posting!!!
Great video. I play a lot of racquet sports that require a lot of lateral movement change of direction (tennis/padel). For racquet swing stability, I'm taught to swing/hit with flat feet. Should I still be performing these exercises on the balls of my feet or flat-footed? Also, I'd love to see an injury prevention video for mid and lower back!
Hi coach, Nice video but do you recommend a 14 year old football(soccer) player to do these as well as your Plyo workouts? Will they benefit as much as an adult?
Amazing content as per usual following since the beginning. I had an Achilles rupture from 100m race which was reattached via surgery. Do you have any content to rehab the ankle from that sort of injury and being explosive again?
Thankyou so much. Exercise #6 in this routine is great for the Achilles. The others in this routine are a bit too advanced for coming back from that type of injury. I’ll make more of a rehabilitation routine for you to follow next!
Hey man, when doing the field event high jump my shin started to hurt and ache like mad on my take-off leg. Any thoughts to recover and should I do any mobility exercises straight away?
1:15 2sets x 4 reps

3:32 2x 12 per ankle
5:05 2 x 4
6:31 2 x 15 per ankle
7:30 2 x 15 per ankle
