Still don't clear about how to be a registrar ??? is it different from HMO pathway? i mean after AMC part 1 can we directly join as registrar ?? even like surgical registrar ?? can you explain
I have done few videos earlier on this. There are two categories of registrars (accredited and un accredited ) . you can become an unaccredited ( not on training pathway) directly after AMC depending on your local experience. For example if you are a MS degree holder ( or SHO with many years of surgical experience) they may consider unaccredited registrar post .. Generally training pathway registrar posts given after you complete AMC part 2 and gained full AHPRA registration

They have told my salary is 135000 austraian dollars per anum. Apart f on that they say there is renumeration and other allowances. What's renumeration? How much will be the approximate total salary? What's the tax they cut?
night hour rates , weekend rates etc will be added on , every employee in Australia pay taxes , doctors would be around 25 % at the start , they will pay you a superannuation separately (every two weeks )

if you work as a HMO here after part 1 you have to get part 2 and hence full registration with AHPRA within 2-3 years . IF you have not secured a job , you can do part 2 anytime
