10:06 Phil? Uh, His first name is Agent. -Tony Stark Sorry, but Phil cannot be anyone else but Agent Phil Coulson with the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division (SHIELD).
My recommendations: Top 10 Christopher Plummer roles Top 10 running gags in Penguins of Madagascar ( just so you don't get confused, I'm referring to the animated series. )
I feel like more people nowadays know who Huccup is, than who Jay Baruchel is. He deserves so much more credit for giving Hiccup the cadence and deadpan delivery that makes his voice so iconic.
I love Jay Baruchel as Hiccup, the entire main cast of Rise of The Guardians (except for the guy who voiced North currently), Larry King as Doris and more recently, Florence Pugh as Goldi and Anthony Ramos as Mr. Pirahna
It true, many of these voice actor definitely deserved way more credit than they got for the voice performances that they did in these particular movies!
Honestly, I didn't realize Jay Baruchel as Hiccup Haddock III from How to Train From Dragon was that low-hanging. I thought he was amazing as the character. Heck, he and America Ferrera (Astrid's V.O. performer) stated they felt like "therapy sessions" whenever they'd complete the projects as their characters. They loved these stories and characters THAT much and stuck with them until the trilogy's run and conclusion. And yes, Ty Burrell as Mr. Peabody was possibly a phenomenal casting choice. When they did the movie right, they would do it right. And you're talking to a millennial that's highly knowledgeable on the classics like the Looney Tunes, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Tom & Jerry, Peabody's Improbable History, Dudley Do-Right, wartime and censored shorts, 80s and 90s, and much, MUCH more. Dreamworks has cemented themselves in entertainment history, but they're probably one of the biggest names in having underappreciated gems.
Some good films like Abominable and Rise of the guardians are just underappreciated and how is it that Jay Baruchel as Hiccup not appreciated enough? that crazy 😂😐
renee zellweger the bee movie or matt damon for spirit even though rhianna was highlighted for tip her mom in that movie is JLO or at least jada pinkett smith or sacha baren cohen for madagascar sandra bullock or ralph fiennes for prince of egypt more are underappreciated cause more were forgotten
Woody Allen Paul Mazursky Jennifer Lopez Grant Shaud Gene Hackman Christopher Walken Anne Bancroft Sharon Stone Sylvester Stallone John Mahoney Danny Glover Dan Aykroyd Jane Curtin in Antz as a whole
Here's some of my own choices that I think deserve a lot more recognition: - Toni Collette as Agatha Gillman (Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken) - Dennis Haysbert as Kale (Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas) - Sylvester Stallone as Weaver (Antz) - John Cleese as King Harold (Shrek 2) - Craig Ferguson as Gobber (How to Train Your Dragon franchise) - David Cross as Minion (Megamind) - Hugh Laurie as Dr. Cockroach (Monsters vs. Aliens) - Alex Borstein as Police Chief Misty Luggins (The Bad Guys) - Jeff Goldblum as Aaron (The Prince of Egypt) - Miranda Richardson as Mrs Tweedy (Chicken Run) - Jean Reno as Le Frog (Flushed Away)
I agree, Larry King didn't receive enough praise for his work as Doris, all of her lines were hilarious in King's deep voice. Rest in peace, Larry King.
The whole main cast in The Bad Guys! Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Anthony Ramos, Craig Robinson, Awkwafina, Zazie Beetz, Alex Borstein, Richard Ayoade, Lily Singh. Quite the star studded ensemble
You honestly can say the entirety of the Flushed Away villains are under appreciated because you have Sir Ian McKellen, Jean Reno, Andy Serkis and Bill Nighy!
As a child, I never realised that Kate Winslet voiced Rita. It's a shame that she never made many animated films, aside from a cartoon of Christmas Carol.
I didn't know it was her as I watched that movie multiple times as a kid. She did four animated movies after that, all of which weren't huge as Flushed Away.
My favorite actor is Richard Horvitz, best known for voicing Invader Zim, Kaos in Skylanders, and currently as Moxxie in Helluva Boss. He actually voiced a guard in the first Shrek movie.
Other Underappreciated Dreamworks voice roles I believe should be mentioned are: 1: Eric Idle as Merlin (Shrek the Third) 2: Florence Pugh as Goldilocks (Puss in Boots: The Last Wish) 3: Kit Harington as Egret (How to Train your Dragon 2) 4: Max Charles as Sherman (Mr. Peabody and Sherman) 5: Isabella Merced as Lucky Prescott (Spirit: Untamed) 6: Paul Giamatti as Chet (Turbo) 7: Stanley Tucci as Leonardo Da Vinci (Mr. Peabody and Sherman) 8: Jack Black as Lenny (Shark Tale) 9: Dustin Hoffman as Shifu (Kung fu Panda franchise) 10: Anthony Ramos as Piranha (The Bad Guys)
In the Shrek franchise, I liked Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, and Antonio Banderas as Shrek, Donkey, Fiona, and Puss In Boots. In Shark-Tale, I liked Will Smith as Oscar, Robert De Niro as Don Lino, Jack Black as Lenny. In the Madagascar franchise, I liked Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, and David Schwimmer (Ross Geller himself) as Alex, Marty, Gloria, and Melman. In the Kung Fu Panda Franchise, I liked Jack Black as Po, Angelina Jolie as Tiggres, Seth Rogen as Mantis, David Cross as Crane, Ian McShane as Tai Lung in the first movie, Gary Oldman as Lord Shen in the second movie, and J.K. Simmons as Kai in the third movie. In How to Train Your Dragon franchises, I liked Jay Baruchel as Hiccup, Gerard Butler as Stoick, American Farrera as Astrid, and F. Murray Abraham as Grimmel the Grisly in the third movie. In Monsters vs. Aliens, I liked Reese Witherspoon as Susan/Ginormica, Seth Rogen as B.O.B., Hugh Laurie as Dr. Cockroach, and Will Arnett as The Missing Link. In Megamind, I liked Will Ferrell as Megamind and David Cross as Minion. In The Croods, I liked Nicholas Cage as Grug, Emma Stone as Eep, and Ryan Reynolds as Guy. In Turbo, I liked Ryan Reynolds as Turbo, Michael Peña as Tito, and Samuel L. Jackson as Whiplash. In Mr. Peabody & Sherman, I liked Ty Burrell as Mr. Peabody and Max Charles as Sherman. Finally, in The Bad Guys, I liked Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Awkwafina, Craig Robinson, and Anthony Ramos as Mr. Wolf, Mr. Snake, Ms. Tarantula, Mr. Shark, and Mr. Piranha.
Kiefer Sutherland in Monsters Vs Aliens really had a terrific performance as General W.R. Monger the soldier in charge of the monsters. Not only did he sound just like a soldier but he was really funny too!
*MY FAVORITES:* Jay Baruchel as Hiccup Haddock ("How to Train Your Dragon" franchise) Snoop Dogg as Smoove Move ("Turbo") Kate Winslet as Rita Malone ("Flushed Away") Rihanna as Tip Tucci ("Home") Kelly Marie Tran as Dawn Betterman ("The Croods: A New Age") David Schwimmer as Melman ("Madagascar" franchise) Ty Burrell as Mr. Peabody ("Mr. Peabody & Sherman") Ian McShane as Tai Lung ("Kung Fu Panda")
Too bad i grew up with the spanish voice actors of these characters, but, this was a good top nonetheless. Happy friday Ms Mojo, take care and God bless you, greetings from Colombia
Larry King was brilliant as Doris the ugly stepsister. As was Kane Winslet as Rita. The entirety of “The Bad Guys” has to get some recognition. Sam Rockwell as Wolf was a brilliant choice for the character.
Sigh.. I miss Mr. Peabody soo much, really wish his animated series would be on Peacock instead of Netflix.. especially with how the latter is crashing and burning!
So many great performances--even the ones on Honorable Mention that SHOULD have been on the list. My favorites from the video are: *Kate Winslet, Flushed Away *Woody Allen, Antz *Ian McShane, Kung Fu Panda (the intensity of his anger is incredible) *Ty Burrell, Mr. Peabody & Sherman (a wonderful performance in an underrated film)
I produced a lot of animation (but not for DreamWorks.) The best voice over sessions I had were when Tim Curry or Charlie Adler were on board. Those two gentlemen can do anything. And if you got them together - watch out! My sides would ache for days from all the laughing.
10:06 Phil? Uh, His first name is Agent. -Tony Stark Sorry, but Phil cannot be anyone else but Agent Phil Coulson with the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division (SHIELD).
and also Ty Burrell who played Mr. Peabody is not the only Mr. Peabody and Sherman VA thats in Modern Family but Ariel Winter who played Penny Peterson is also part of Modern Family. She played Alex Dunphy, Phil Dunphy’s daughter
Fun fact, in the UK version of Shrek 2, Doris the Ugly Stepsister is voiced by the hilarious Jonathan Ross. Again, this is another performance in a Dreamworls animation that deserves recognition

Thanks for including Rise of the Guardians. It’s a really underrated movie
Hugh Jackman went from playing a wolverine to voicing a bunny? Nice.
I feel like more people nowadays know who Huccup is, than who Jay Baruchel is. He deserves so much more credit for giving Hiccup the cadence and deadpan delivery that makes his voice so iconic.

Some good films like Abominable and Rise of the guardians are just underappreciated and how is it that Jay Baruchel as Hiccup not appreciated enough? that crazy 😂😐
Yeah… that was pretty underrated!
I Love Jessica Chastain As Gia The Italian Jaguar Girl 🐆
There’s a reason why Woody Allen’s role in Antz is “under-appreciated.”
Great video 😃❗️👍
Ty Burrell was a big star in the 10s but now very few remember him
Cast of Trolls and Trolls: World Tour
