      Coconut and olive oil not at all healthy
      Mustard oil
      If u want to use oil then u can use mustard
      Otherwise
      oil is not necessary for your body at all

    I've used air fryers. They are no different than oven. Whatever you can do in aur fryer it comes out better in oven.

    May be good for people who can't have oil at all otherwise it's better to eat a roti or poori fried properly in oil...eat it once a month.. that doesn't cause any problem.

    Oil (cold-pressed, not the 'refined' variety) is not bad for you. It is the carbs that need to be reduced. China, India, Pakistan are the top three diabetes prone countries because of our super affinity to carbohydrate food (coupled with less/no exercise). The TED talk by Sarah Hallberg is worth watching on youtube in this regard.
