There are a few wharfs in Sydney that are left in poor condition by fishermen leaving rubbish and bits of bait smelling up the place, the commuters in the morning then complain and before long we may lose fishing rights to some areas.

my personal opinion , and also if you have a good budget , Dawia TD battler series rods are good, I have a light one before, but broken in my garage . and exist 1000-2000 reel are also nice reels to match. Saw a massive (more than a metre wide) stingray patrolling the edge of this foreshore while I was fishing here a week or two ago. I was lucky to land a 55cm tailor but it was no bites for rest of the time I was there. I put it down to the giant stringray scaring all the fish away... :D

This was last Sunday lunch time, actually , I just was so lucky, happened to meet some fish there, most time nothing, fish alway moving from one place to another place, you could happen to meet them if you are lucky , don't need special tips and techniques , this is my personal opinion , this is fishing. No, kingfish have the size limit in NSW Australia , need to over 65mm, this one should under 60mm, and also, Kingfish outside should be healthier and clean, many pollute inside of harbour.
