Hello, I am curious to learn if it is possible (or even already exisits) to register a human being as a walking charity filter? So any company that "donates" pro-bono services to that person, who is using it to continue working on helping a charity hub of sorts, can receive basics like "covered travel/housing and food" all in the name of meeting bare-minimum criteria to continue helping a greater cause. ^and those companies that do so, can receive an official receipt of sorts. How could something like this be hashed out? Thank you
QUESTION: The parent donated property to only one of the children one month prior to parent’s death. Do the other 2 children still have the right to the estate? (The donation is questionable due to the state of mind of the parent before passing.)
Yes. The other children can initiate estate proceedings so that the late parent's estate can be computed and the donation can be collated. If the donation was inofficious, meaning it was made to the prejudice of the other heirs, the donee-child will be required to return the whole or a portion of the said property or its value.
Atty, what if di po alam ng other 7 legitimate children na denonate ng parents sa isang anak lang ang whole land property na 4 hectares po. At this stage patay na po tatay Nila as donor….buhay pa po mama nila. Valid po ba talaga yong deed of donation? Di rin po aware mama Nila na you it was a deed of donation po…if valid po yon, ano po bang rights or pwde magawa ng other 7 legitimate children na galit sa donee ?
