Dude, you went old school with the dry erase board and everything. Hands down, this is the best video I have seen dealing with these topics in a no-nonsense way. Thanks brother!

This is the best overview I've seen of the legal process and I'm currently about 3/4 of the way through the Jurisdictionary course. I do not mean to slight the Jurisdictionary course because it's quite good as well, but this overview is outstanding, and this presentation appeals better to the way I learn. Thank you very much, I am now subscribed to your channel!

I am also taking the Jurisdictionary courses through Dr Fredrick Graves but don’t forget his section on natural law as it pertains to direct evidence and material facts. Natural law is superior to positive law as positive law relates to the social sciences involving game theory. You certainly need to research and study the different methods of business strategy of games if you are going to understand the adversarial system as well.

David you are an awesome Lawyer! Your charts/explanations are so good. I really appreciate you taking the time to hand write your boards. The timeline being drawn out twice first as 1/2 then as a whole helped make the information digestable.

As a layperson filing a civil suit, the information you provide here is immensely helpful to inform my understanding of essential vocabulary and the proper steps and sequence I can expect with my case. Many, many thanks.

Civil Procedure Rules were brought to UK from USA by Mr Blair nineties UK prime minister. UK were better without the CPR. It confusing especially for solicitors and barristers let alone litigants in person.

I’m looking for assistance. I was sued and attempted to file my answer at the court clerk’s office within the deadline. I was denied entry into the building under threat of arrest. I don’t have time to research and file paperwork. I need a good lawyer that specializes in 1983 claims!!!

Can someone answer or confirm a basic question? Do the federal rules of civil procedure apply in local and state courts? Or do state courts have their own rules? Specifically I'm in NY and we have the CPLR. Does that supersede or work in concert with the federal rules? Also, might there be a citation to support the answer? I'm wondering for family court in NY, and regular civil proceedings. Thanks. =]

In District court when defendant ignores, judges request for filling his brief, there is a Default of Clerk entered, same way in appeals court, when Appellee, ignores judges request to file his broef, what is entered?

Go to your local Justice Center's library & ask clerks for forms samples cases etc related to your issue. They can't give advice. But they MUST help you find / provide with all related to legal requirements info.
