thanks po atty. pero may gusto po akong itanong kung pwede po ba iapply ang verba legis and ratio legis at the same time, kung yes- paano po? at kung no, bakti po? maraming salamat po at sana mapansin nyo po ito..

I dont think sobra ang lawyers sa bansa..from 1901 to 2023, 90k+ lang ang lawyers..kasma na dyan ang deceased, disbar, retired, opted not to practice for whatever reason

Mas mataas ang bar passage rate ng pinas kesa sa law school admission rate sa canada na 11 percent lang.
