Hi Chris! I just watched this video and towards the end you installed a Scosche PBJQC Quick Connect Battery Lead so you could use your Battery Tender to maintain your battery PLUS have the regular Scosche Cables attached to your battery full time, when you needed to use the PB700! I thought that was a great idea... until I found out that you can no longer get the PBJQC Adapter Cable!! It's been discontinued and Customer Service at Scosche did not know why! I thought... OK, someone on the internet must have one available... no luck!!! They have all been bought up... so like I thought, that's a great idea!! Darn it!! I just wanted you to know incase no one has told you about this yet! Keep up the great video work... I look forward to each and every video!! Patrick
3:45 There is a fender extension(about 6 inches) that you can get for the rear of the front fender that protects that piece from dirt and rocks. Even better than a film.
I hope you’re going to use the news Goldstrike Power Distribution Bar over the Pathfinder. I had a Pathfinder installed on my 2022 Wing. It was labor intensive with wire splicing required. I replaced it in May with the Goldstrike. No splicing, made the install far easier/quicker/and the best part is it took up less space making my seat replacement easier.. I have Goldstrike/Kuryakyn/Pathfinder Lights installed. Just my experience. 🤷🏽♂️
Max's extended battery bolts are suggested as you add accessories directly to battery, his extended bolts provide more length to accommodate -/+ single source wires you do not want on your power distribution block, or perhaps help a fellow rider who may have a snap set of jumper cables. Just suggestion sI've installed.
Cruiseman try using goo gone to take sticker glue off, apply let it sit for like 30 sec. or so to let the chemicals go to work and break down the glue, then simply wipe off with clean dry cloth, works great, I've been using it for years.....Javi G & congrats on your new bike amigo
I would like to know the long-term results of those pouches being taped to the trunk and panniers. I know you live in Texas, but I live in Arizona and was just driving through 119 degree heat. I can't imagine they would stay stuck in that usage. I even had my Sena microphone come off on my latest trip and it's been attached for a very long time. (PHX and Death Valley do those things.)
I would get the front fender extension for your bike it makes the fender longer so you don't get all the crap behind the fender and looks really nice 👍
Masterful! Now let’s rejoice in the wonders of this absolutely amazing, beautiful and impeccably maintained machine. Well done Cruise. Now we might talk about an inaugural annual Cruiseman’s Ride-In. More in 24! (BTW, do you have the Traxxion extended positive side battery terminal)?
I must be old fashion: I purchased a 2024 Goldwing DCT tour air bag, Itis white and black (a lot of black) I thought the blacked-out finish look I would get used to?? The more I look at if the more I don’t like it, at least the exhaust could be brush chrome or something other than black. I am thinking what I can do go get some of the black off without looking strange.
Hi and tx for another great video. Sorry for being offtopic , but have you or any others heard of or experienced any accidentially airbag deployment on the 2018+ models when driving? There was one incident just a few days ago here in Scandinavia with a 23 model. He claims that the speed was just aprx 3-4 miles and that he hit some uneven part of the road
On my 2015 GW I used plates instead of pegs for the front along with my heel/toe shifter. Those plates allowed me to move my feet around some to aleviate fatique. Now I am looking at a new 2024 GW DCT. I no longer need the shifter. I am wondering is the plates instaed of pegs is still an option or would it look stupid on the newer models. I am 65, 6ft, and 33 inseam, so I need to be able to move my feet occasionally.
I noticed Goldryderone traded his bagger in for a tour. Do u know if there are any noticeable differences between the two other than the obvious (trunk)?
Hi Cruiseman, how are you? I have a bike the same yours 2024 and I would like to know where you bought the driver backrest with the same design the original seat. Thanks for videos.
@@cruisemansgarage I bought your maintenance videos a year ago when I had Goldwing 2020, now I have 2024, the same as yours, and could tell me please if have a video update? Thanks for your attention, have a great week.

Thanks Chris, good video, nice little tidbit greasing those grommets..

Cruiseman a hair drier works great on those stickers...
I used that product that was precut to cover my headlights and the meter dash. Worked great to protect from scratches and headlight surface. 👍🏼
I never heard of that protective film. Nice idea for high impact areas.
Nicely organized tool box.
Beautiful Garage, I can live in there

@@ArtD2368 got one coming
It’s sad that the extension doesn’t come standard from the factory but I digress. That’s the first accessory I installed on my 2018.
Please give an introduction video on the 2025 Honda Goldwing 1833cc.
Already in the works.
Well looks like I spoke too soon, you're aware of goo gone. 🤣🤣😂

Where can I get the trunk organizer bags for the 2021 gold wing? Looked everywhere and can not find them for the 2021 gold wing.
thats why the rivo pegs are a better option, cleaner look

it's too bad nobody sells those heavy duty jump/charge battery leads. anyone know a source?
merci infiniment
Where is your Ultimate Seat Chris? Did t you retain from you 18?
I noticed Goldryderone traded his bagger in for a tour. Do u know if there are any noticeable differences between the two other than the obvious (trunk)?
Tour model has heated seat. TPMS readout on dash. Taller windscreen.
Dont see a link for the battery tender / jump starter? Is it from NOCO?
I am using one from Scoshe (jump starter) that they no longer make.
When do you think they might upgrade the dashboard? 2025?
I doubt it, but anything is possible.

It is a Show Chrome Platinum back rest, but they are currently not in production. They are working on a design flaw.

Would watch for longer if you lose the super annoying music
