    Summary of Lazarus method:
    1. Appraisal: logically evaluate the situation and don’t let your limbic system imagine doomsday scenarios (outward) and then look inward to recognize what resources you have to deal with the situation (friends, money, time etc)
    2. Copping: break down the problem. Learn how to regulate emotions (meditation, therapy, friends)

As a doctor I know we are extremely busy with our work and it's difficult to upload videos with extraordinary consistency. But kyaa kar sakte hai; your videos are much needed videos. So, don't stop making videos if it is possible for you. inconsistency is completely understandable; but don't stop uploading.
Editing is good. But I found background music unnecessary because it is clashing with your natural good voice.
    Lots of love ❤️

I have a Question about my childhood friend... During Covid Time while he himself gone to checkup & make any tests if needed... After the treatment got started he lost his conciousness(During the treatment time nobody is with him) before the treatment he's spoken with his family through whatsapp video call he's absolutely fine) It happened 3 yrs ago at very big hospital😢😢😢
He's Software engineer with 2 kids his family members are much worried about his recovery...
My Question is He'll recover for sure? How long it takes? He is taking medication from the same hospital where he got unconcious. Pls answer to my question sir.

If possible make video on addiction, procrastination, overthinking - means watching videos in pattern again again same video for validation like you missed something to hear or just by seeing video only and not acting upon , instan gratification leaving porn habit as self control don't work , focus on one thing not wandering upon different goals, not acting upon things just thinking thinking and delaying and having multiple new desires stuck with a thought....
