Does anyone else find it weird how this beer biceps guy over-does the “project confidence” part by throwing out his chin like a baton? Even if he didn’t look down at Dr. Sid through his nose, Sid would still stand head over shoulders of this show off beer guy as a person and a professional.

Hey.. U can do 1 thing.. just ask her once or twice n lve telling her ki she can take that whenever she wants.. or not if she doesn't... Or she can just try n not continue if she doesn't feel good.. n i assure u she'll do it once she will realise it's upto her n not something u want her to do..
I was going through the same (at extreme level) i got triggered even when my mum asked me to eat at time or very normal things.. I even felt like crying just bcz i was being "told" to eat when i was down n PPL don't understand me n so much more.. can never explain the whole feeling in words.. juz saying ki when we think it's our choice then sooner or later we'll do it damn sure..

Please don't talk about your experiences and your life while interacting. It's a geasture of poor self confidence. Trying to prove yourself .It's not your fault. We people with poor up bringing tends to pick up such habits because we are not appreciated in childhood
