I love this story. The parts where he said, he’s a retired mail man and the conversion company used old mail trucks. And then how he could only make the chili in a big batch and didn’t know why. Talk about everything aligning. Crazy inspiring.

I do remember Spring Garden Philly other there by the Community College. That's a good spot for a food truck. Looks like it's really amazing. I like Chilli but not crazy over it, but I would love to try his.

No offense but JL sayin' Mr. Newman was "flustered" was out of line. Mr. Newman story MADE this episode special, imo. w/ his stories, that was the best part. Next was JL's lovely wife actually breaking it down w/ the all around experience of the unique chili. When I'm in Philly I'm going to this place getting Mr. Newman a copy of "Yacht" magazine (for Retirement;)
