This is probably one of my most favorite vlogs that you've done, not only for the food, but for the whole discussion with the Bro, and the feel, the vibe, the ambience. Plus I'd eat that whole container in a heartbeat. Thanks, JL.
@@BlackJesus8463 Looked different somehow too. S'ok, I'd eat that whole damn tray. Sent the link to my granddaughter who's goin' to Temple in the hopes that she'll give it a taste.
@@eswillieI tried their food it’s so good. Give out a try. Here the address is maps.google.com/maps/place//data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x89c6b70d4f21fb4d:0x51b099f6e90ad995?entry=s&sa=X&ved=1t:8290&hl=en-us&ictx=111
Khan’s Halal truck on the corner of Broad and Hunting Park ❤ the BEST halal food truck in Philly and I’ve tried a lot of them. Their line is always wrapped around the block especially during Ramadan. Good folks and consistent quality food
I really miss eating from the halal carts in University City. I would eat from the same guy two to three times a week. It was so good and so affordable! There was enough food for two meals in each box for under ten dollars!
A few feet away is Delassandro's Cheesesteak and Chubby's Cheesesteak on Ridge. That's in the Roxborough neighborhood of NW Philly. The white sauce is basically mayo with some lemon juice.
You need to keep extra napkins and utensils in the car. I also bought McD style trays for my kids when they didn't want to eat in the kitchen. Get them at any restaurant supply,so cheap.
It's a accent and language barrier he didn't understand what he was trying to say because struggles in America are nothing compared to the country he immigrated from. Struggle he don't see struggle here only Hustle to survive.
I've stopped here a few times, this dude is awesome great food! Best in the city in my opinion is still the cart on the corner of York and Aramingo out front of the Planet Fitness in Fishtown/Port Richmond.
This is literally down to the street from my job. He’s a nice guy. The food is ok at best. The white sauce is mayo based and tastes weird to me. Super nice guy though.
I tried the chicken over rice 8 years ago for the first time and i love it !! The best i tried so far is the one on Delancey street in NY on the corner next to the subway and near 7eleven. I'm excited to eat it again on my next trip to the city in a few weeks !! That plate of food looked so good and what a nice guy !! Glad you enjoyed the food !! ❤
Bro I love how u doing alot videos in philly bro I tried alot of ya spots Picas pizza was good and wing station I started my you tube channel maevin smith thanks bro u inspire me
J, l, where's your favorite spot to get Thanksgiving pies and stuff like that ? What's your favorite spot at or like......Holiday Cakes and stuff like that. Carrot cakes, pecan pies.Whoopie pies, things like that for the holidays
Meditteranean Halal Cart in downtown Baltimore has been the best Halal platter I've ever seen no cap! Seriously so good and way better than Halal guys. Check it out when you come to Baltimore
The secret is all the different flavors of each sauce! Good fk'n stuff! I haven't been in philly in months. I live in NJ. These are worth it bc u get alot for 10-15 dollars and it's always hot & fk'n goooood!
Some halal spots here in nyc give you instant diarrhea because the food is old plus it isnt kept at the right temperatures and theres crazy cross contamination..
I like the Halal guys, but I cannot eat that hot sauce. To me, it's like there isn't enough vinegar in their hot sauce. I tried it once, never again! Lol. As long as I have the white sauce, I'm a happy camper! Enjoy and safe travels! I'd love to try other halal places, but am unable to right now.

Struggle is not really a bad thing when it comes to Muslims, that's why he didn't really understand that question

Vinegar based hot sauce is the worst imho... probably a cultural thing though.
