At about the 4th minute, I had to put the video on hold as it made so so darn hungry. Had a bowl of cereal to tie me over.
Puerto Rican food is a combo of Spanish, Sephardic, Moorish, West African, and Native American influences. It is this amalgamation that makes it so special.

I was home last weekend and I never had a chance to eat any of my traditional Puerto Rican food and had too many things that I had to do before I got back on the road.
I've heard a lot about Freddie and Tony's restaurant and never had the opportunity. I'm very happy that you had the opportunity to explore a small piece of the Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 culture.
Around the Christmas holidays through January 6th which is 3kings day that we celebrate more than any holiday throughout the year. You can ask any Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 what is the best holiday to celebrate and they will say Christmas and 3kings day. I'm out here in the state of Washington and I come across your video, in my home town eating my favorite food and Washington doesn't have this type of food........ lol

Great video and delicious looking food. I really miss living up North. Puerto Rican food is top notch and nobody does it better than the old school Puerto Ricans in NY and NJ.

Excellent review and video. Had to like and subscribe immediately. Small family-owned restaurants, like Freddy and Tony’s, that work hard serving their communities delicious food appreciate the love, recognition, and effort that goes into your videos. 10/10. BTW, For those that didn’t know, Puerto Rican food is delicious.
