Skoda Octavia Sunroof Drain Plug Disconnected

My Skoda Octavia MK 2 was leaking water onto the passenger front footwell. At first I thought it was a clogged drain pipe but the problem turned out to be much worst, the drain pipe was disconnected. Look to see how I resolved the issue

Got the same issue in my Octavia 1u2 from 1998.

Ahh man thank you so much for making this video! It's been driving me crazy trying to work out where the water was coming from, exactly the same thing as you. I'm gonna do what you did and reckon it'll solve it. You hero!!

I wish I saw this video last year. I’ve just found the same issue where the pipe just doesn’t seem long enough to fit well into the drain plug. Only solution I can think of is to get a slightly bigger tube to somehow extend the tube so it fits better.

This happened to me today , my problem is also in the driver side but I cannot understand how because I pour water in sunroof from driver side and is coming very good outside

Also the water don t run from that rubber nipple, is just drain under the car
