What you have mentioned about CM are 100% true. They are just fleecing members. Although I am also a member with Red 1BR membership, I have learnt how to use it effectively.
Hello Krish sir, I am a victim of KBF Clubholidays Delhi, they took 32500 from me on 20.11.22 for 3 years membership to provide resorts. They offered small hotels which I refused on asking for refund they didn't give. Whenever many such victims report you then start a mission against them also
i got my 100% refund today, only i thing i did is mailed them on same day of purchase and they said they will refund under 90 days and they did, no torture, simple process
I can’t agree more with what you are doing. I had done quite a bit of work after I bought membership in 2007 but left india and could never use it. It is the worst economic decision. I can write an economic paper on this when you want. Happy to discuss.

Similar experience here. Club mahindra membership has no customer support, booking not available at your desired time and place.
the restriction that minimum 3 days will be deducted in certain resorts even if you stay 1 day is wrong.
