- Every day, I routinely communicating with dozens of strangers who generally want to get their money refunded by builder companies, timeshare companies and other corporate entities, or are trying to resist redevelopment builders from evicting them and taking over their buildings. So far, I have been doing it for free. But now, I will start charging for communicating with them.

@@sharemarketknowledge4444 Yeah but I know that Krish doesn't want to make this a money making venture. So he won't charge maximum someone is willing or able to pay. But I said 500 or 1000 as it is decent from service perspective.
If he wants to, he can always ask for % commission on refunds. But that's not how Krish is !
irony...for a pauha someone give 600 bucks and 650 for a pizza, none of which is beneficial..here u have to explain 300 rs for engagement.... Once u have sufficient data base available...it should be 300 rs per call.

why India is lagging behind china , and why there is poverty in India as compared to china, because, time of Indians is wasted in fighting against the politicians, and govt servants , politicians and govt servants are protecting criminals , govt servants not doing their duties.. this is every where in India, it is very difficult for common man..
this is also main reason of unemployment in India. because if you start any business or self employment all the ministers will start harassment through govt servants ..

Krishnaraj ji I really like your your attitude like a real fighter 👍. I am also like you. I live abroad an NRI. I am also fighting with a builder where i have filled 2 cases on a builder one is civil case another one is criminal FIR (builder tried their best with their 7-8 lawyers team but could not quash FIR in Honourable high court 😂) . Now mr builder is ready for settlement on my terms. Fighting takes time but if you have guts then you can turn them down on ground.

Dear Sir, please charge atleast 500 rupees per call for your time. People should know that time is money and they can't avail someone else's time for free.
There is no way to objectively put a value on our time. 300 is a nice figure, because there are 30 days in a month. People can process that figure more intuitively, I feel.

You need to charge about 1000 rupees because you're a celebrity also and offer assistance. If these guys can buy a flat then i think they can afford it. You can also help buying people flats for that you can take a regular brokerage. This will sustain you and family. Nowadays even NGOs are paid.

300 is nothing for this 😂 People would pay 5-10K or a lot more. For returning crores they might even pay 1-5 lakhs

Vijaya Bank Housing cooperative society at Bidadi, Bengaluru has not developed the land and not allotted the site to the 1700 members even after 17 years . There is a large 140 acre land acquired by the society but the sites not provided to members.. very sad Sir
