It was a free shot for Ko. The 6-8 was tied up, so he knew he likely couldn't run the rack. SVB stepped up and couldn't run either, so Ko basically got a free shot at the 9 and almost made it.
@@DomenG33K - Agree. I think if Ko had to do it all over again, he would have done the same thing. The 6-8 cluster would be tough to break out.
