Manny!!!! I made this last night for dinner and it was AMAZING! So much flavor! Thanks for all that you do, appreciate you so much. You are indeed an artist. YOU NEED TO AUTHOR A COOKBOOK!!
Thank you Brandi! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed this recipe. I'm working on my cookbook. It's taking longer than expected, but it's coming. Thanks a lot for your support.
Let me tell y’all. I’m new to this Alkaline/Dr Sebi way of life and eating. Been doing it for 2 weeks now and it’s be a pure struggle. I recently found Manny and he has been a Godsend. This dish was absolutely 🔥🔥🔥🔥. If his other dishes taste half as good as this one I’ll be good. Can’t wait for more videos. Hopefully more baked goods cause I’m dying here with no candy and sweets. Lol. Thank you so much Manny!!!!
Thank you Justin. I'm glad you find my videos helpful. I'll keep them coming. Check out my tahini buttercup video or my candied walnut video. I also have an alkaline birthday cake and a muffin video as well. It's all out there and there's more on the way. Thanks a lot for your support 🙏🏿

That's what I love to hear! You don't have to have every single ingredient or follow every single step to make a recipe come out good. A good cook will almost always find a way to make it work. I love your comment 💪🏿
Hey Manny let me start by saying i appreciate your recipes youre doing an amazing job. My question to you is how you clean and maintain your cast iron skillet? I would appreciate your help with that. Thanks in advance
Hello, can I get a substitute for fresh basil? Thank you for this video. Everything looks awesome. I hope people realise eating healthy doesnt have to taste like cardboard. Keep up the good work!
Hey Mary, thank you! I'm not sure what a substitute for fresh basil would be, as I don't know anything else that produces a similar aroma and taste. You could use other herbs like thyme, tarragon, cilantro, etc. You're right 🤣 Healthy shouldn't taste like cardboard 🤣😅
Being a vegan is expensive considering the amount or income of the job you do. It's very enticing and healthy but its expensive for a low average income person. I'd love to give it a try oneday when I am more financially stable, your videos are solid and inspirational. Thank you
I understand where you're coming from, but that's a common misconception. Take it like this... it's way cheaper to eat rice or banku without meat. I don't follow any specific diets or lifestyle, but I do know eating vegan isn't as expensive as people think it is. Organic Mushrooms are cheaper than organic, grass fed meat or organic chicken. No need to wait until your income goes up. You'll be surprised to find that you're saving more. It's really difficult for Africans to make that transition though 😕
@@Grubanny to be honest, if you wanna cook anything vegan, you have to buy alot of ingredients to make it scrumptious. I tried being vegan once but the ingredients are way expensive compared to my normal recipe so I gave up. I believe that, when most Africans embrace vegetarianism, it'll be super cheap to be a vegan. Most vegan food stuffs are organic and due to that, it makes them so expensive on the market ,I am trying and surely I know I'll get there. By the way, I am no longer into meat, just fish and eggs lol.
You make a very good point. Yeah, most ingredients in Africa are organic. I believe the soil in Ghana is very fertile. It may help if you have the space to grow your ingredients, but that's an entirely different discussion. You need land, tools, money, time, etc. There's so much that comes with growing your own food lol. I totally understand where you're coming from. Trust me, as I mentioned, I don't subscribe to any diets or lifestyle. I just love to cook. The key is to eat what you can afford as long as it keeps you healthy and happy. Stay strong 💪🏿

That's where most of the heat is concentrated, while flesh is where the flavor is concentrated. Same with Habaneros. Thanks for asking.
