Really weird that you joined TH-cam yesterday and you're randomly commenting on this (of all) videos. These fake bots are outta control.

Nice! An old skool Joe vid! 😊 Appreciate you inviting us along. Glad you’re doing ok.
joe have lost his original base. sadly,
This is the old Joe I know and love! Good to see you making bushcrafting lemonade from lemons. You are one good guy!
Joe the Kind of guy to make life better for others.
You said it perfectly 💕
I don’t care how much competition is out there. You are always the top one for me and my sons. I have messaged you a few times in the past and you responded and that means a lot. You even watched a little camping video I made with my family because my son wanted you to see it. It made his day that you responded. I love these winter trips and they never get old to me buddy. We own 83 acres of woods connected to the Shawnee National Forest. You’re always welcome here !
Good to see you back home in the old school Joe! Can I get a BAM SON!?
So nice to be able to watch you again. God Bless
Lookin great Joe!!! Missed watching your videos, but totally understand your much needed break! Glad you and family are well!!!
Best part of your videos for me is the basics. Food, water, shelter. And not a palace, a survival space. Appreciate the vid as always!
When you were trying to say, "amenities", I kept thinking of Finding Nemo, "A Sea An Anen- An enanemy" lol thanks for the laugh. Glad to see you back doing what you enjoy!
his disappointment was what got me :D
Way back in the day, a friend of mine got tongue tied and called them a sea Anenama!😂😂
Lol i thought the same. 😅
Thanks for sharing your winter camp trip with wolf. Looks like he had a great time and was tuckered out. Will always stick with you because your trips are real.
Got my notification. Video 1 hr old
Thanks for this old school joe vid. A guy, a dog, a quick camp with minimal gear. I like it.
Hey Joe! Glad you are taking care of your self. I don’t care what you do in your videos I just want to see you having fun again and enjoying what ever you are doing. We have fun when you are having fun. You and your family should always come first.
Finally, a minimalist camp. An instant Joe's classic for sure!
You just put the biggest smile on my face. Loved the video, it was like a good trip back in time. Simple, straightforward and enjoyable for all of us. Peace Out.
I agree. Don't fix somethin that ain't broke I always say. But that's just the ol skool comin out in me I guess
... First step of any outing is to know the weather conditions ,, plan accordingly ,, pack for conditions expected ... enjoy and have a successful outing .. pet and play with Wolfe more .... Stay Safe ..
Wolfe has grown into such a beautiful dog ...
So happy to see you and Wolfie out again. We are praying for you. Love your videos. Stick with it. God Bless you.❤❤❤
Really love this guy & his channel , Keep it up.
Joe, I’ve been watching your videos for years and years now. Just wanted to thank you 🙏 for your contribution.
Great to have you back Joe! Wolfies looking healthy looking forward to your videos this year!
Just let Joe do what he does. No suggestions, no advice. Seen many creators quit over the pressures. Joe is unique…
This was a healthy dose of Joe with a side of 'classic' Joe and a sprinkle of 'old school, still patching up BCO style' Joe (yeah, I go back that far!). You've come a long way my friend and it's a privilege to have so many years of "Ba-bam!" Robinet adventures to look back on and still even more to look forward to. Your journey is inspirational, documentary-worthy and just flat-out awesome.
Two is one and one is none! Redundant back ups are so important. I have missed your content and so grateful you are back.
Wolfey is so cute. I love how big he's gotten and how he blends in with the snow. Good seeing you back Joe.
Yippee, Joe and Wolf are back! ❤
Watching you camping with wolfie, brings smile to me. Stay safe Joe
So happy to see you back in the woods, and with the doggo!
Joe is in the house❤️🙏
Glad to have you back Joe, stay safe out there.
Joe this almost brought a tear to my eye a minimalist trip with you and your dog shades of Scout and Tripper I really miss both those guys but wolf is really endearing himself to me thanks for coming back and thanks for wolf.

0:30 Joe's Nemo impression was really good here😂
I think that's the prettiest long fire on TH-cam! Thanks, Joe.
It is a beautiful campfire !

Just a man and his dog in the woods. Simple, but just what I needed. That's Joe!!
Thanks for the content joe! My first and only bushcraft channel for years now!
Welcome back Joe. Glad you are back.
Nice one Joe. Great to see you out and about again. I'm having a total hip replacement tomorrow (Friday, Feb 23rd Aussie time) and then 6 weeks off work. I'm hoping to be fit enough to get out and enjoy some Aussie winter camping. No snow where I am though. 😃
Good luck. Know so many people who have had partial or full hip work. Life changing. Rest up well!🇨🇦
Wish you the best on Friday February 23 rd, American time. Or on your surgery, at any rate, good luck and heal real soon @BlackshacksBushcraft
I hope you have good luck with the hip replacement. That procedure makes me nervous, so I don't say a whole lot to my Doctors about my hip pain. My 81 yo Mom had a hip replaced in 2010 and she did not survive the recovery portion of the procedure.
@@edmartin875 I'm very sorry to hear about your Mother. My condolences. ❤️
Great to see you back Joe, you were greatly missed
Glad to see you. If it was me and my axe would break, I would have packed it in. But glad you stuck it out and showed what you can do regardless. Love having you still hanging out with us.
Yes Joe, good to have you back man 😀
An honest guy with skill and a touch of refreshing humility
The sound of snow crunching underfoot is not something I realized was ASMR for me.
It's great to see you out and about again Joe. It's nice to hear your voice and see Wolfy.
So good to see you back. Thanks for sharing your trip.
This was a very nice reminder of why i used to have your winter camping videos queued up, insanely relaxing, chill (no pun intended) and cozy.
Keep rocking Joe.
So very happy to hear you will be putting out regular videos! Just adore you and Wolf(ie)! You're relationship with him is so special. You have trained him well and you work well together!
You’re the one who inspired me to start filming my trips and I’ve had lots of fun. Life doesn’t always allow and I’m familiar with feeling discouraged.
Keep on keepin on Joe!
Hey! Yuh! Joe, so great to see you out and about. Enjoying an outing with you!❤🙏🇺🇲
Missed these videos! Happy you're back. Liked and commented hoping to bring more engagement to the videos! Hopefully TH-cam will see your videos deserve to be pushed!
Good to see you back. Miss you and Wolfy. Love your adventures. Sometimes you got to unplug and take time for yourself. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Will always watch your videos. God bless you.
Just what I needed for my evening! Thanks Joe for coming back with your bushcraft skills! 😊
Don't know what you or TH-cam did, but your content started to pop up like crazy ! 'Tis great to have you back, Joe !
great vid joe :) about the axe handle/head. make sure the wedge is a hardwood, cedar might not have been a great choice and make sure to pound in the axe head using inertia, don’t push the axe head directly down onto the shoulder, instead flip the axe upside down and pound the bottom of the handle with a wooden mallet instead, it will seat far far more evenly and the wood in the eye of the axe head will evenly grip the inside of the eye. i also recommend trimming the shoulder of the handle down enough so that when the axe head is fully seated there’s around half an inch or so worth of wood sticking out above the axe head itself (you can trim it down at the end once you’ve seated and wedged the head) and always make sure the axe head sits on the shoulder evenly and there’s no gaps on the bottom of the axe head where the handle enters the eye (and also that it’s not to big so that wood gets smushed out of the way). also you want the eye-wood to be conical. wider at the top than the bottom, but only EVER so slightly and only from left to right when looking from the top of the axe :)
Hey Joe!! So happy to see you and Wolfie..
Wish you a speedy recovery my bud! You're truly a wonderful person and I hope that you keep doing what you love. Much love to you, your family and lil Wolfie.
Following for Years, good to see you back Buddy! Really inspired my interest in Outdoorcontent. Thanks a lot Bud!
Keeping it real.
Bush, man, dog and steak!
EPIC!
Great video, Joe. Good to see you back in action.
So happy to see you are doing good. Keep it up. We missed you
Great to see a JR video. Welcome back Joe!! Really enjoyed it. ATB Mike
Good to see you, Joseph! Looking forward to sitting down tonight and watching this one.
So good to see you out throwing down a Canadian jam knot. Good stuff, my friend. 👍🐾
"I hope I can remember how to tie the Canadian Jam Knot", LOL. You could close your eyes and tie that knot using muscle memory alone.
I have watched almost every video for years now my dude, you are a great outdoorsman and I love watching your content along with all the other brothers and sisters here.
Loving the old school Joe, keeping it real... not a whole video of brand commercialization and just good times in the woods...
I’m a real one Joe, from the second I heard you lost your brother I knew you would need some time, and the universe has a way of slowing you down when your not taking the break you so desperately need so the broken ankle helped you get that rest, I’m in the uk and I tell all young men to watch your stuff from the very beginning so they can learn how to survive if the shit hits the fan . Your amazing Joe, I watch but don’t normally comment but I felt I had to let you know, I feel you I get you and wasn’t the slightest bit surprised, no one owns you Joe, it’s your life and your process , we’re the lucky ones that you decided to share your process with, so the entitled haters can do one. I’m staying and feeling blessed and grateful, old owl 🦉 Alaya UK ❤
This brings a smile to my face. You were on my mind this past week and I was so glad to see a video again, Yes!❤😊
Love that you left in all the troubles and how you adapted to it ... very well done.
Thank you Joe.
@ wolfie glad you get to take Joe on adventures...hopefully many years worth
A very nice Joe quality video, start to finish. The shelter up against the rock face was interesting with the fire right there. Wolfie has become a very good camping/hiking companion, Steak looked good!
We appreciate you too! Looking forward to seeing some hot tent camping ☺and bushcrafting, and whatever else you and Wolfie get up to. He's a great dog! ♥
Thank you Joe nice to see you you back a doing good and your family 🙏👊
Nice little camp set up and it was great to see you and Wolfie out enjoying the wild again. The fire looked like just the thing and the wall used behind it was a good strategy for a reflector. The steaks must have been good because you enjoyed them and Wolfie hung around for his share.
Thanks Joe 😀
Hi Joe & Wolfie! Great camping video!
Excellent and fantastic to have you back outdoors Joe 😊
I've never been camping once in my life but i like watching this channel. I like the winter camps the best and seeing the fire and cooking the food!
Nice to see you Joe,we miss you and your dog 🐕 he is nice and smart take care.
Good to have you and Wolfie back! Missed you! ✌️❤️🙏
We’re sticking with you. 👍Thank you for the video. 🙏
I really am at this point living vicariously through you. I am 58 years old and have been watching since you and Scout went out to just have bacon in the woods. I want to camp in winter conditions and know I can do it, but my work and commitment to making the last of my savings money is putting all that on hold. Once I retire for the second time, I would love to do some of the winter camping you do. If you ever want to add an American want to be bushcrafter to your experiences, I would drop everything to join in.
Been watching you for a few years now and even saw the season of alone you were on. I've watched every season of that show and I'm just in awe of everyone's abilities.
Welcome back Joe, great personality, great style, You've got a plan, but trust yourself if there's a problem you'll come up with an idea that will work. I love this style of shelter. IDK why more bush crafters in the UK don't use this type of shelter, where there's lots of rock out-crops and cliffs, but not a lot trees and forests. Some wind breaks on the sides seems like it would keep more heat under the tarp. Good one, Joe. 😀👍
"Joe in the Snow" is my favorite type of JR video. Go Wolfy! Ahroooh! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
U better not quit making videos id be so depressed inside you've helped me on long nights with you're videos man ❤❤❤ please don't give up
Good to see you and Wolfie out again. A hot tent sounds like a good idea. It was 60F here in Southern Ohio today, so you may be hitting spring weather soon I hope. I have done some winter camping as a youth in Boy Scouts and, in the past, with Boy Scouts when my son was younger. Some of it was brutal cold below 0 degrees F. No Hot tent, just a heavy winter sleeping bag with a summer bag inside, insulated boot footies, and quilted long johns. Big fires and hot food and drink. It was memorable. Some of it not in a good way. There is a steep learning curve with cold weather camping. I do not think being warm all the time is a reasonable expectation in winter camping. lol Avoiding hypothermia is doable though.
Been following you for a decade mate.
Good to see you're still in it.
Great to see you again Joe. Hope you had a fun trip with the pup.
... welcome back Joe! Of course we are still here. I've been watching your videos for about 6 years now..... not going anywhere just cause you take some time off. GLAD that you took time off to recover from your losses and be with your family! (Wolf is looking good! Think Scout and Tripper sent you a good buddy.) I agree with others..... can we get a "BAM SON!!!"?
Yay Joe is back!! Glad to see you are in good health
