Even simpler: 250 gr heavy cream 500 gr cream cheese (you can substitute a part like 100 gr with a stronger cream cheese. Be careful with goat cheese) 200 gr sugar 4 eggs Mix all together well, do the same with the parchment paper but wettiing it first. Put it in the oven 210 °C heat up and down, no air, place it on the lower part, for 40 - 50 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down (the center is a little bit liquid). If you eat it on the next day it is even better.

This is a recipe from a restaurant and they have been doing it for more than 30 years, I guess it's safe. I forgot to add: 1 spoon of flour

I like it with cured cheese cream (the ones to spread on bread) or goat cheese cream (be careful with this one, because its taste is overwhelming, add it little by little to see)
Just Egg has an egg substitute that works in many baking contexts, might work for this. But then again there's also no-bake cheesecake, which is... probably easier than this one anyway, and is eggless.

Trying it for the first time it was soo yum. Soo creamy. I halved the recipe and made it in a 5inch pan.

In india we make this type of cake called chena poda
