If you are a AAA member you get a 10% discount. I stayed at same location in March for $31. I thought it was a good deal to be able to run AC all night.
Someone just said the same thing about free showers for truckers fueling up. We'll make sure to ask next time we're at a Loves. Safe travels and thanks for watching.
I forgot that Love's had laundry....... For approximately $40 dollars a night, your right, its a great buy. I have spent two nights in my young FT life and it's cost me about $85.00 a night at HH. lol. Agnes, "Donald" and I will be checking this out as we move forward. Till Cocktails!!!!!
I'm glad Love's is now doing this, it's very convenient and when they have full hook ups that's a big plus, I am glad to pay the price for the convenientance.
$35 or so is reasonable for a basic full hook-up site - other channels have spent up to $60 (I'd pass at that price)! Obviously each location varies. The amenities you encountered will be enough for vast majority of travelers who are most likely just looking for a quick overnight stop. Always nice to have options. Thanks guys 🙂
Another tool in the tool belt! It could be the right spot for the right time. It was good to see Katrina in the driver's seat! Is she driving yet?? Danny and Lynn
Oh good morning guys I hope you’re doing well. I am a 40 year plus truck driver and I’m in the process of finding my first motorcoach so take that for what it is I don’t understand paying $35 for full hook ups with no amenities. If you’re on a travel day, why not use the cracker barrels and other options harvest host. As far as the Safety goes, I would be willing to bet you’re safer in a truckstop parking lot to many other places you might park, the showers are usually $15-$20 and are usually clean sterilized and quite often very nice, you might want to just ask a fellow trucker if he’s got any extra showers most of us do and they’ll give you a couple showers will think twice about it. Love your channel.
We had no issues at all when staying at the truck stop and had a good night sleep while being able to get caught up on laundry and work on the computer. We enjoy staying overnight at Cracker Barrels and Harvest Hosts but to be honest with you we end up paying a lot more than $35.00 a night when doing so. If it's hot or too cold that's another concern is getting a good night sleep without full hookups. Some Harvest Hosts won't allow you to use your generator. I guess for us paying the $35.00 a night is a decent price even without the amenities. We seldom use them when we're at a park unless there for a couple weeks. Hope I didn't go on too long. 😊 Safe travels and hope you find that perfect coach that works for you.
Great video, we've stayed at Loves twice in the truckers location before they had this option. Looking forward to trying it when we make our way to Florida. Safe travels
Thank you for the review on this guys. We look forward to Love's expanding that option out. That would be perfect for us since we primarily boondock but need to refresh the RV tanks at times. Perfect spot for that since we don't need typical RV park amenities.
It was such a surprise. Perfect place to stop if you need to refresh the tanks, wash some clothes or just even to get some work done. Thanks for watching. 😊
Excellent video guys. I can definitely see where this could be a benefit as a stop over for a night, especially as you get out west in some areas where there are areas with nothing but a truck stop!
This is a great option. I would have no problem spending the money for the hookups. Beats staying at a Wal-Mart type parking lot I'm sure. Hey Chris I too have an extra pressure regulator thanks to previous campers. Great info. Thanks.
Walmart's are our least favorite place to stay overnight. This would be a better option for us. We left ours one time so I guess we are up one. Safe travels guys.
Stayed at one in between memphis and Tupolo. Bout 6 sites all backin right in front of the store. No real amenities but dog park. They also wasn’t that long. We weren’t towing at the time and our class C is 34 foot bumper to bumper and just about took up the whole space.
I had this Loves RV stop in my itinerary for our Fall trip out West. Thanks for posting the video, so I could see what it looks like and I’ll pay attention to which site I choose on the app for noise.
For single night stays, it’s hard for me to quantify it’s value. KOA, Good Sams etc all run about the same 35 to 50 and not near as convenient….. under the right circumstances.. yes I would stay… and from what I’ve seen they aren’t filling up.
Thanks for posting this very informative thread. Is there a Loves app dedicated specifically for RV travel? Or do I down load the Loves app period and it will show which locations have RV sites in them?
Your welcome. Just down load the Loves app and it will show you information/locations for the ones that have RV sites and how to book them from the app. There's not a specific app for their RV sites.
I think we would stay. Milo would love the doggie. Your absolutely right about the HH. I mean HH is a great experience but we never spend the recommended $20 lol
Next time you are at a truck stop and you buy fuel ask if they give a discount on the shower fee. Back in my truck driving days truckers always got free showers when they bought fuel. I doubt you would get totally free because obviously big trucks take a lot more fuel, but perhaps a discount. Worth asking! I am happy to see truck stops adding in RV parking areas. Parking between big trucks is not fun, LOL
Didn't know about the discount shower fee. We will definitely ask next time we go to a Loves. We actually felt safer staying there most Walmart parking lots.
Have 2reservations on our way up from florida to Michigan, I’m intrigued by the whole concept. I’m hoping we like them , they are a great option as you guys have said.
@@oureverydaygetaway hi guys, just wanted to bring you up to date on the Loves RV stops, first one was in Cordel Ga. Has to be the best on this trip. Over 30 spots, gates and security, we “Loved” it. Second one was in London Tn., almost felt like it was a mistake on Love part, only 4spots smack dab in the parking lot! If I was to rate it1-10 I’d give it a 6, good water pressure and definitely welcome spot right off Interstate. Good Ice Cream! 😎
Stayed at a Luvs in cotulla,TX last year. I was not impressed. The app did not work, we had to drive there which wasn't a big deal, we were driving by anyway. This Luvs had 2 spots, a handicap spot and a regular spot. Both were vacant. We hooked up to the non handicap site and the electric didn't work, so we moved to the handicap site. Both of these sites are in the main Luvs parking lot, right next to the entrance. When I say next to the entrance, I mean next to the entrance. Parking lot lights, truck and car lights, noise from cars and trucks, and exhaust fumes all night long. It was not a pleasant stay. At a little more than $40, I did not think it was a bargain. I will not stay there again. That being said, I have seen others where the sites are further away, some even across the road that I may try sometime. I will add that years ago we broke down in Sioux City, IA and got permission to be towed to a Luvs there. This was before they had rv spots. Anyway, the noise and all was still bad but we were mooching. The repair shop had to order a new motor for us so we sat there at Luvs for 3 weeks. They never said anything negative to us about our staying there and even through us a few free showers. They couldn't have been nicer. Again, one more thing. I have to say the Luvs at Cotulla were very nice. I don't fault them for that, just the accomodations.
This was our only experience staying at a Loves. Not sure we would enjoy staying at the one you did. For us it was a place to dump our tanks, wash clothes and catch up on work so it did the job. Definitely not our first choice. Wow, 3 weeks! Nice to hear they were nice enough to let you stay and even offered a few free showers. Stay safe and have an awesome summer full of wonderful adventures! 😀
I had a scary experience at a Loves truck stop near Houston, I will never go to one again, at least as a woman, I would simply not go, you have truckers from other countries now, suffice to say that
Surely if you want to overnight one night, you can find a boondocking spot and avoid a fee. Unless, of course you need the dump and power. Otherwise i see no need.
I tried to stay at one in Guthrie ok but they overbooked the reservations and the system went down so they could not tell you anything or refund your money. Does not sound like a good reservation system to me!
We stayed at Loves RV spot in Madison Ohio on I90 last week. 6 spots , full hook ups, backin, dog park. $34 and restful evening.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
good to hear… as a former truck driver i’m glad to see not just Flying J but also Loves is getting into being RV friendly
Thanks for sharing. We didn't know Flying J is also RV friendly.
Sounds legit, full hookups to charge, empty & fill up before going boon-docking is a smart move,
Everyone is different but we had no issues at the one in TX. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
If you are a AAA member you get a 10% discount. I stayed at same location in March for $31. I thought it was a good deal to be able to run AC all night.
Thanks for the AAA heads up. We will stay at Loves in our future travels when needed.
As a retired truck driver and a RVer we have no problem staying at most truck stops great food friendly staff. Thanks From Wisconsin
Our experience was great and will stay again in the future.
I stay at the Loves in Elkhorn WI and I love it
Thank you for sharing your experience and creating this video.
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching. 😀
We actually stayed at that exact Loves last month. It was great for a one nighter and we even went in and ordered us a pizza for dinner
Nice! We didn't have the pizza but did wash a couple loads of laundry. 😁
The truck stops used to give a free shower with a fuel purchase, you guys are great , videos are awesome 👌
Someone just said the same thing about free showers for truckers fueling up. We'll make sure to ask next time we're at a Loves. Safe travels and thanks for watching.
Stayed at that same site 9/11/24…
With the a/c on no problem sleeping!
Nice!!

The Harvest Hosts get us every time. 😁 Safe travels guys!
I went back to get the pressure regulator I forgot....nice to know who stole it!!
He's kind of sneaky like that... 🤣🤣
I'm glad Love's is now doing this, it's very convenient and when they have full hook ups that's a big plus, I am glad to pay the price for the convenientance.
I'm sure their not for everyone but we had no problem staying there and would do it again. Safe travels.
My husband is notorious for leaving pressure regulators!
We have done it ourselves before. It may be a right of passage. 😊
Yep I have left five over the last 10 years. I always keep a spare.
We read Katrina’s limps and agree she should drive the RV! 😂 It's a good option and can be used for an overnight 🎉
He's still not budging on that subject. 🙄
Great video, I did not know about this option. As always you guys are full of great info. Thanks Kyle and Michelle
Thank you. Happy to help. Safe travels.
Thank you very much for the video and the information.
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Hopefully it will open more options for you while traveling.

We agree that $60.00 is too much for a stay at Loves but if there's an emergency and we had to we would do it. Thanks for watching and safe travles.
Perfect insight. I didn’t know about Loves Rv and keep in my arsenal of tricks. Also good idea to stay there for a working day…
It worked for us. Hopefully for others as well.
Safe travels.😊
Another tool in the tool belt! It could be the right spot for the right time. It was good to see Katrina in the driver's seat! Is she driving yet??
Danny and Lynn
Yea, that's not going to happen unless we got a class B. LOL!!
Very informative video and very helpful. We will add this to our list. I'm glad Tucker was happy where he was able to stay.
Thanks guys. Anytime he can be outside he's happy.
We stay at one also, very nice and clean. Wish they had pull through since we are only staying one night and don't really need to unhook.
Good point. Unhooking the tow is a pain in the but. Thanks for watching and safe travels.
The Love's Rv Stop in Cordele, GA does have plenty of pull through spots. Hopefully they will do this with more locations.
If u park in the back and stay out the way of truck driving u can stay there free and long as you want wash clothes shower gas eat
Good information to know. Thanks for sharing.

Nice, I really hope they expand the number of Loves with full-hookups. Seems like a good overnight option at $35.
We love having more less expensive options while traveling. In our opinion this is a good one to have.
Thanks guys for the review

Maybe a good place for you to rest for the night. Safe travles.
Looked like a great little park. I'm a very light sleeper so the noise would probably bother me, but I'd definitely consider trying one someday 😊
Depending on the spot you choose will dictate how noisy it is. We picked our spot not knowing the entrance for the truckers was right beside it. 🙄
I signed up for the Loves app after watching your video….. Nice job!!
That's awesome! Hope it works out for you as well as it did for us. Safe travels.

Depending which one and the location they run around $40.00 a night. We would definitely stay at one again if in the area a need a good night sleep.

Nice! We carry earplugs for situations like that.

We need to put earplugs on the list. Not this year. Our plan is to visit the North East this year. Safe travels. 😊

Depending what part of the country your in the price will vary. If memory serves me correctly it was less than $40.00 a night.
