Hmm I see the rig come out right next to the giant log in the water. I wonder if that's how it got off. Maybe playing it for longer would be better. Fighting the fish in deeper less snaggy areas.
It was next to the snag, but the rod was casted about 20 yards to the right. I do agree playing the fish would help, but my brother is a noob and gets too exited to play fish right. He’ll get it right next time🤞🏽
