- In this episode I go camping alone in the forests of the Western MD mountains. I spent a couple of days in the bear infested forest fishing for brook trout in the many creeks that meander through the forest. Hot tent camping is very relaxing and fortunately I didn't run into any bears. Fishing was tough, but I managed to catch some beautiful brook trout.

Nice job. Juvenile trout are pretty interesting to look at. Their paterns make them look like a differnt type of fish from the adults.
Thanks. They’re pretty but they don’t get that big in that area. 5-6 inch Brook trout are pretty average size there.

Yeah man camping is fun! If you’re trying to catch brookies go to the savage forest it’s full of Brook trout. Not big ones, but a good number of them. I’m just not as good at catching them haha.
