Sir, initial feedback: most senior citizens or retired people of UP are no longer in the real estate market, Gen z can't afford anything to buy, it's only the millennials. So clearly define your target audience, who will watch your videos and why someone will watch. Are my subscribers male or female, what is the age range and which part of the country is watching my videos. Pure Hindi will not connect with a broad user base who are interested in real estate. Non-UP wale will be less interested, however UP in itself is a huge market. Most UP walas making good money in jobs are sitting in Top-7 cities like Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, etc. and not in Mathura, Aligarh, Meerut, etc. How can you make these mid to high income folks invest in UP, and not (say) Bangalore? Second, you are covering way too many broad range of topics in a single video. Real estate videos vo hi dekhega who wants to invest. So you need to have very targeted videos. Your videos are all over the place. Moreover, some businessmen wanting to build a school or hospital or a mall will not watch TH-cam videos and those watching your TH-cam videos mostly won't have that deep pockets to deal in large land parcels where commercial activity can be done. My suggestion would be to funnel your videos for salaried class millennials who may want to buy property in UP's tier-2 towns. UP itself has very few high paying jobs except Noida and a bit of Lucknow. That's what I think overall. But I can tell from your videos that you have in-depth knowledge of UP real estate. And UP has huge huge potential which has been ignored for long. How can local UP walas benefit from UP's growth story and not the Gujarati business lobby.

Sir यदि किसी व्यक्ति का प्लॉट मोखे पर कम है कागज में पूरा है, क्या वो व्यक्ति अपने प्लॉट को पूरा करने के लिए बराबर वाले प्लॉट पर कब्जा करके पूरा कर सकता है क्या।
क्योंकि हमारा एक पड़ोसी जिसका प्लॉट कम है लेकिन वो अपने प्लॉट को पूरा करने के लिए हमारे प्लॉट में अपनी जगह निकलता है जबकि हमारे प्लॉट का रकबा कागजों के आधार से ही न तो ज्यादा और न ही कम
लेकिन वो हमारे प्लॉट में अपनी दीवार रखता है।
एक बार उसकी दीवार को हमने हटवा दिया वो दोबारा से हमारे प्लॉट में दीवार रखने की कोशिश कर रहा है और वो व्यक्ति पेशे से वकील है।
इस संबंध में कोई उपाय बताएं आप
