आपके अनुसार लगभग लखनऊ की आधी आबादी अवैध कालोनियों में यह रही है। नगर निगम ने वार्ड भी इन अवैध कालोनियों के लिए बना दिए हैं और सभासद व महापौर भी इन अवैध कालोनियों में विकास कार्य कराते रहे हैं और करवा रहे हैं । ऐसे में कौन अवैध कालोनियों को हटाने का निर्णय ले सकेगा। नगर निगम व विकास प्राधिकरणों के भ्रष्टाचार किसी से छिपे नहीं हैं और अवैध कालोनियों बसने के मुख्य दोषी यही विकास प्राधिकरण हैं। इनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी कब होगी । किसी भी शहर का भविष्य का मास्टर प्लान नहीं बनाया जाता है न रोड व सीवर का मास्टर प्लान बनाया गया है। इस शताब्दी में तो अवैध कालोनियों बनने से कोई नहीं रोक सकेगा। दिल्ली की तरह अवैध कालोनियों को वैध करने की सिफारिश होगी और जैसे थे तर्ज़ पर सभी वैध हो जायेंगे।

नगर निगम व विकास प्राधिकरणों के भ्रष्टाचार किसी से छिपे नहीं हैं और अवैध कालोनियों बसने के मुख्य दोषी यही विकास प्राधिकरण हैं। इनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी कब होगी ।
किसी भी शहर का भविष्य का मास्टर प्लान नहीं बनाया जाता है न रोड व सीवर का मास्टर प्लान बनाया गया है।
इस शताब्दी में तो अवैध कालोनियों बनने से कोई नहीं रोक सकेगा। दिल्ली की तरह अवैध कालोनियों को वैध करने की सिफारिश होगी और जैसे थे तर्ज़ पर सभी वैध हो जायेंगे।

Now seperately possession letter is not being issued. Possession handed over is being written in the registry document..
