Imagine getting this cut back in the probation era. This dude has 12 sets of clippers, 82 pairs of scissors, 103 combs of various sizes, 9 different blow dryers and 17 different straight razors. Back then the barber probably had 1 rusty razor and a half of pair of scissors but still made it work.
not necessarily true. In the 20's, the electric clippers were first introduced. Also, barbers during this time had decent quality shears.
