Yup its one of the few that came with ethernet standard to take direct connections from DSL modems and some even had DSL capable order options, hard to find as I think many are sitting in closets at grandparents desks not touched, being replaced but not yet gotten rid of.
Im a pretty big adult child stuck in enjoying things from a great childhood so they include random thomas the tank engine trains my mom saved for me, Furbies plus beany babies from Childhood, Models of all the airliners Ive traveled on and Lego star wars ships as well as my Titanic and ocean liner books as well as the old apple laptops and so on
I have one of these in my collection. Took me a bit to find one that still had the doors and did need to recap it because you know, the early 2000s era.
Ive actually had pretty good luck with the 2000s Compaqs short of Dells to be honest but fully have dealt with and dread those dang caps! Thank you for watching and commenting! It is annoying that so many people some how broke off the lower door, IDK why so many broke youd think most people wouldnt even touch them.
@nickdoestechstuff That's a good thing for sure. I haven't had to recap my other presarios but this one I had to do recapping. Who knows though who had it before me and how they stored it. But why oh why did so many people remove the doors so often?! Lol.
Im sorry to hear you dont like them, My editor is pretty good humored I am going to see if he can find a more pleasant noise then the ding, however I love the memes, as I get better they may be reduced
Lol....have that same unit sitting in my cousins room. been sitting there for decades under a pile of junk. one of the first designed for DSL

@@nickdoestechstuff cool. At least voice balance and reduce them in number. So they don't suddenly shout in my ears.
