Your new Staycation dress is lovely and like you, I really love the lettuce sleeve. Josh sure knows how to make his wife happy with his sweet comment. Oh, my, Addy is going to be the best dressed little girl at Disney. Pre-school?--no! It doesn't seem possible, does it, that she is old enough to be going to school. The Elsa dress turned out very lovely. How sweet of Brenda to send the lovely dress for Addy. I'm sure Addy looks adorable in it. Happy vacation. I think the changes to the Elsa dress really worked out well and I'm sure Addy will love wearing it, along with all the other wonderful things you made her for this special vacation! The Minnie dress came out so cute, too! I hope you have a wonderful time and that your machines appreciate getting a vacation as well - you can send each other postcards 😁! Safe travels!!!

Lovely red spotty dress Tiffany - enjoy being Minnie for a day! You and Addy will look just great on your trip. There’s a really good embroidery channel on TH-cam Sarah Homfray embroidery who shows you how to do lots of embroidery stitches very clearly. It’s my go to channel for when I need reminders on stitches. And please don’t concern yourself with uploading vlogs while you’re away. Just relax and enjoy your trip, we’ll all be here when you get back. Brenda’s dress for Addy was lovely too - such a kind thing to do. 🤗

I love lettuce hems. I need to learn to do them though. I bought that staycation pattern I haven’t attempted it yet. I finished a dress over the weekend Know me 2076. I used a linen. Came out very good. I’m now working on up cycling a pair of jeans into a skirt. Both your dress and the for Addie is beautiful. Have a wonderful trip. Disney is my favorite vacation spot

Hi Tiffany, you have done a beautiful amazing job on all your sewing for your Disney trip!!! That’s such fun to take your hand work on your trip. Those of us that craft have to have something to do. I have made a small amount of progress on my Take a Chance dress. I hope to have some time this weekend to sew. I have also made some progress on my hat and socks I’m knitting. It is slow since this is my first time knitting a hat and socks. Have a wonderful trip and I look forward to hearing about it when you get home ❤️

Hello Tiffany. I love your new staycation dress. It’s my favorite so far. Did you get your fabric at JoAnns? In case you don’t want to go all the way to Evansville next the next time you need a Babylock dealer, I go to Klaibers here in Bloomington. They sell them and are a certified repair shop for all brands of machines. They also sell quilting fabric. Have a wonderful time at Disney, Liz

Hello dear Tiffany! All your special Disney clothes are adorable. And how can it be!! That come fall, Addy will be going to preschool! Can you believe it? I bet it sure is bittersweet but she will love it! And you are already planning her dress for it??? How cute will that be , for sure. I need to hand embroider too. Haven’t for years. But I’m quite sure I’ve got a small stash of supplies too. Please Watch out for that heat too as my Fla daughter said it’s soo hot there. Her suv said 100 today at 5 pm but it was in her work parking lot and it got down to 92 she said after getting going w her AC. ! So quite hot there!!! Orlando area is even hotter being in the middle of the state. Be safe in the sun and use plently of sunscreen and keep hydrated too. My daughter near me is flying with her son , (my grandson) for a short trip this Monday Memorial Day eve. Short notice trip but they needed a get away and also checking out some schools to maybe meet his educational needs much better than so far here in our area. too. He was diagnosed not too many months ago as being on the autism spectrum. Yes! So smart in a lot of areas but other subjects he really struggles. He’s on some meds too. Seeing some progress. But other times my daughter feels so frustrated if that’s even the right word. Yes, getting much help here is very frustrating plus long long wait times. Yes, three yrs. Unbelievable, isn’t it? In northern In!! He doesn’t have that much time to wait as he’ll be a freshman in h s this yr. Time is of the essence but he wasn’t officially diagnose until last fall. Covid took a toll on his elem years for sure. Plus, she had to have an er c section too. He still has a spot on his brain from it. Yes!!! So,,,, Not much sewing for me but I did get a pillow cut n stuffed for my front porch bench. Such great progress. lol. Better than none I suppose! Glad you are getting your machines serviced too. My old Diamond needs a spa day too. Addys extra special dress made by Brenda is soo cute. How nice! I’m doing better at p t as my flexion or bending the knee is getting better. Ptl. My surgeon is calling me. Yes. Said he will next wed again. I’m doing my best to get moving n flexing over 120 degress. Really still swollen yet plus, I have lymphedema in both legs too from the blood clot incident over three yrs ago now. Knee replacement is soo bad, very painful for sure! It’s not a great journey following it either. Have to do as it’s said. No pain, no gain. Take care and have a safe and happy trip plus many great memories too, on your trip. For now, Nancy.

Just curious- us Brits can never quite grasp the scale of the US! (Although we had a great road trip last year from Chicago to New Orleans - but we took 3 weeks!!😂)

It’s about a 17 hour drive from our home after all our stops. We’ll be doing the drive over 2 days so we don’t get too exhausted.
Your road trip from Chicago to New Orleans sounded amazing! How awesome to be able to spend 3 weeks doing that! I’m sure you got to enjoy so much more that way instead of rushing through the journey.
