Hello yes you can use fine rice flour, I used 6 cups for this recipe, so you could use 3 for half of the amount, thanks for watching

nisha2827 you just use half the amount that I have used, for 3 cups of flour, I would use 3 cups of water, also I only used the plain flour to stop the dough from sticking to my worktop.
