Since August is now over, I thought it would be a good time to take a look at the greatest moments I captured on video during Touristenfahrten (Public driving) on the Nurburgring Nordschleife during August 2023. There was a lot of Touristenfahrten in August, with the track being open almost every day (only closed for 3 days!) which meant a lot of action, fails and some crazy drivers. It was also quite a wet month, which caught a lot of people out as the track gets very slippery. Let me know which moment was your favorite in the comments below!

The BMW overtaking the 370Z off track was the most BMW thing to do😂
Seems like there's a direct correlation between the Custom Racetec banner/mods on an M car and the likelihood of the person driving like a total nut job
But it was really usefull as a lawn mover! Great job
I mean the 370Z wasn’t leaving him any space even though he was the faster car and driver
It's him again in the next clip where he does a good job too. Must be an aggressive sim racer 😎

went on it with my Seat Leon 1p with a stock 1.4tsi and i almost went straight on at the 2nd right corner Brünnchen due to soaking tires in the first half of the lap(one half of ring was having massive rainfall while the otherhalf was dry)

Every time I see someone going trough Adenauer Forst way to fast, and I don't mean misjudged the breaking or road condition but "I didn't know there was a turn here" fast, I think "this person doesn't know the track layout" and as soon as they pass the camera you can see a Nordschleife sticker on the back of their car LOL.

Can someone explain me whats going on withe the Mégane RS exhaust at 4:20 ?
From what I heard he pressed on the Dragonbreath button just above the A/C button, looks cool but isn't good for your engine or exhaust
He switched to batmobile mode
Maybe turbo failure and burning oil in the exhaust

Someone said on previous video that maybe an inlet valve was damaged due to over revving allowing fuel to go unburnt into the hot exhaust where it ignited.

Ja, das war meine Handgelenksnadel. Kompletter Motorverlust, aber ich habe bereits einen anderen Motor dafür bekommen. Also werde ich das bald einbauen!

The wheels stayed trurned the same direction untill the very end of the spin which means the driver was along for the ride, no skill involved just luck
