    I could say it every time but absolutely mouthwatering! I was wondering why no garlic. Add crushed cloves throughout! Enjoyed this one. Dad jokes were spot on!

    I might have to give this a shot. My family always loves whatever comes off my Primo grill, which is only fueled by FOGO Super Premium, at holiday events, and this one looks like a winner. Thanks Captain Ron and FOGO!

    Happy Holidays Captain Ron! I love this recipe. I cannot eat peppers anymore (love 'em, but they don't love me). So I substituted with medium slices of beefsteak tomatoes, slightly grilled and lightly salted first. I made a 10lb USDA Prime rib roast on the BGE, used FOGO charcoal and a few presoaked oak chips. On your advice I added some very thin slices of fresh garlic to the layers. I seasoned the outside with avocado oil, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Cooked to 125°F and I let it rest for 30 minutes (always the longest 30 minutes of my life). Turned out absolutely phenomenal! Love the videos! Keep them coming in 2025!

    I make prime rib. along with popovers, for Christmas Eve every year. One of my favorite meals of the year. Made a good looking roast there Capt Ron. Merry Christmas
