You did an amazing job on that song. I started following u2 in 1977 but every piece of gear that the mind can imagine from 2290s On down at 60 years old I end up with a axe fx 3 end of story. Good job my man good job😘

Hey Edo could you do a sound comparison with your different les Paul's? On the rig rundown you hear Dallas going on about how Edge can easily distinguish between his 70's lp and the Music rising lp and that's why he started using it for one live. I would be interested in seeing how much that guitar contributes to the tone!
That would be an interesting one! Too bad I didn't read this before, as the gold top is gone in the meantime! I traded it in for a es330.. but eventually it's a good video I could make at some point!

That is pretty much identical in terms of parts, the only difference is the tone, as zoo tv is a little cleaner (that's probably due to the es330 guitar with p90 he used to use for that tour)

Se posso chiedere, volendo comprare uno fra Axe Fx3 e FM3, per suonarci oltre ad Hard Rock anche U2 e Pink Floyd, quale consiglieresti in termini di prestazioni per la complessità dei suoni? Per la tua esperienza, il processore dell’FM3 regge bene tutta quella quantità di effetti o è meglio investire direttamente sull’Axe Fx 3? Grazie mille ☺️ PS non vedo l’ora di vedervi nuovamente live! 😢
Ciao Andrea, ritengo che la differenza principale tra af3 ed Fm3 sia il limite del singolo blocco ampli su fm3. Ci sono alcuni suoni che ovviamente con il dual amp di af3 suonano meglio, ma questo non vuol dire che fm3 non sia più che sufficiente. Un altro limite da tenere in considerazione è il numero degli switch.. ci sono alcune canzoni che utilizzano 7 suoni, e con fm3 è complicato andare oltre 6, assegnandone 2 ad ogni switch..

Yes he does! I generally try my best to give a 1:1 rendition of what he does, or at least i try to get as close as possible!

I traded in a R7 goldtop and a few pedals, so probably around 3k overall

Allora, prendi il LA 5° tasto sul mi basso e suoni le corde re, sol e si prima al 7° e poi al 5°. Alla fine equivale a un LA sus4 add13 che risolve e su LA-7. Non so se cosi va meglio... :S

I have boos me-80 and line-6 guitargier but still i don't how to mix like u2 effect on my gadyets please give me the u2 patch using my boss me-80, and teach me how to make 8th dotted set-up on my gadyets

U2 is a bad that for some reason can’t nail the studio recordings. They are however a live band a phenomenal live band. Those Achtung Baby songs live were absolutely better then the studio album.
