Thank you for my introduction to the Walking Iris. I absolutely love it and will search for them. Hopefully, I can create a designated area for them next year. I had already started researching other Irises & odd Lilies too. (Bertha S.)

You are so welcome Bertha. The beauty of walking Irises is that they are so easu to propagate their plantlets as seen in the episode. Happy Gardening dear Friend.

Alice, I just found your channel by searching for Moses in Basket plant. It has bloomed in over a year or so. Wondering if you could give me tips for that. My Daddy had started it for me about 3 years ago and it bloomed a couple of times after her gave it to me but not for way over a year! Thank you for any tips!

Hi, with the Moses in a Cradle (Transcantia Spathacea) try exposing it to more sunlight. Try the morning sun as its not so harsh as the afternoon sun and wont scorch the plant. Let me know if that works. Happy Gardening

Can i put the plantlets just in water to let them root?

Yes you could but I never tried that. My only issue would be how to keep the Plantlets upright and also the leaves not being in contact with the water as they will rot. Soil propagation works really fast. Within a month I got strong rooting.
