I'm in SAP program now. Step #5 cleared for return to duty but nobody's hiring SAP drivers. I've spent all this time and money only to be turned away from every company I've applied with. I can't get to step #6 because they won't let me.I got my violation from using a pain reliving gel on my back and it had thc in it but it wasn't stated on the label. My very next UA after that negative one was negative. I've had two more negative ua after that. I wasn't partying, I'm not a habitual drug user. FMCSA needs to have some provision in it for drivers like myself.

SAME I lost EVERYTHING over CBD which is completely legal I used on my OFF time to help me sleep tested positive for THC this government is demonic
