My company forces me to abuse this system all the time and my company is an Amazon freight partner and the ones who make our schedules are Amazon. Amazon is unknown violator of this system.

I drive for Amazon and they make me abuse the personal conveyance all the time. They have me use it even while I’m still working. It is not my own free time because in my free time I would choose to be at home.

So would I get flagged on clearinghouse if I got a DWI on my motorcycle a year ago. There’s nothing on clearinghouse for me but idk if it’s a mistake or not. And my jobs trying to get me back in a truck but I’m confused if clearinghouse is only reporting you if you get a charge in a CMV? Ps, I’m in the middle of getting my CDL back, I lost it for a little over a year.

To me I just a stupid Ideal from Brokers Because take to much time consuming for Carriers and you just can arrive to a weigh stations and ask for a Inspection. Why every Carrier by Law have to PUT every Vehicle in a certificate Shop to get a Anual DOT Inspection ?. That just again Proof that this industry have everything to make Hard Carriers to Provide for ours Family's and Shows have BS can be The Brokers

If they can fine-tune the testing for a 3-hour period before you start driving marijuana would not be an issue for truck drivers I mean you're alone in your truck for days on end and to be honest I trust a who smokes before I trust a driver with drinks

It's not a test to see if you use marijuana, it's a test to see if you can pass the test. Sounds the same at first glance, but the subtle difference changes everything.

Is there ever even a case ever one time that Dad accused remove something off the driver's clearing House on a technicality or on the medical review officer doing something he shouldn't be doing because from what I've learned they play God medical review officers can't do any wrong so I wanted to know if there was even one just one instance where someone got a violation for a drug test refusal or whatever off of their clearing House without doing an ASAP because I feel like that's way too many drivers with drug violations for test refusals that it doesn't seem like that information can be accurate that's just too many that number is too high to be correct and it looks to me like they have never even one time let a driver file an appeal in the data key for a drug test refusal or a drug test whatever may be the case because it looks like the MRI has specific requirements they need to go by when they report something to the clearing House however it looks to me from the research I've done that they never follow their own rules and medical review officers are allowed to break those rules whenever they want to with no consequences

If you're a career driver do not drive on intoxicants alcohol, controlled substances or weed. Furtherest you're going is caffeine.

They remain out of service on purpose because they realized that trucking isn't worth the hype, & it's better to just work another industry and smoke weed whenever they feel like it.

I'm in SAP program now. Step #5 cleared for return to duty but nobody's hiring SAP drivers. I've spent all this time and money only to be turned away from every company I've applied with. I can't get to step #6 because they won't let me.I got my violation from using a pain reliving gel on my back and it had thc in it but it wasn't stated on the label. My very next UA after that negative one was negative. I've had two more negative ua after that. I wasn't partying, I'm not a habitual drug user. FMCSA needs to have some provision in it for drivers like myself.
