A $30K budget to renovate is way more than enough. Great bones, the stairs look amazing. I'm not a contractor and I could do all the fixes, from dry wall to plumbing to electric. I'm super jealous, I'd love to be working on that place!
Always appreciate watching your videos. Just wrapped up on a BRRRR deal over on the Eastside as well. Would love to chop it up with you whenever possible.
That house was in great shape, easy flip. The bigger question is, what is crime like in the area? I've seen so many great opportunities like this in Detroit, but I do research and find out 5 people had been shot in the last month in the area. If this house is in say, Royal Oak in this shape, it still would be $200,000.
Yea in Royal Oak it would definitely be $200k. But far as the crime, that's not my concern because if houses are selling in the area it really isn't an issue.
Hi, I am thinking of getting into house flipping, and I’ve heard so many horror stories of dealing with Workers and contractors. You seem to have found some great workers from what I can see. Do you share your workers or you keep them to yourself?
Hey what’s up young King, I like what you’re doing, it’s always great to see us doing something constructive and productive instead of selling POISON! to our own community 💪🏾💯 One suggestion though, you could’ve just laminated over that plywood in the attic with some 1/4” drywall to save time on demo or either painted it with a flat based paint ! 🫡💯
Your projects always turnout nice
Thanks appreciate! Email or dm me you info
Good video my man. 👍🏾

@@m42037 yea a lot of it was cracked, but I like the more modern look.

You were talking about a grout bag. I agree with getting rid of the polyurethaned Luan plywood. Is this the start of a new house sir?
@AlexanderWaylon yes it is, bought it a few weeks ago
