The Pikes peak version is still the fastest road legal car you can buy today in 2023 , 0-60mph 1.8 seconds it had 750bhp in a car weighing 850kg they tested it at goodwood and it was so fast the bodywork blew off lol

While I'm not intimately familiar with the RS200, not many are, I'd have to say that is the manual brake bias adjustment dial.

Rs200 had the capability to run in 2wd or 4wd second lever is for this

GEMWRC the second shifter is to vary the torque split Front to rear. The 3 positions of the lever give 100% rear, 37:63 front:rear and 50:50

Damn that seating position looks so un-ergonomic / uncomfortable, definitely not adjusted for the guy driving it.
