Eye contact with a smile isn't enough.
You must show energy and character by initiating conversation. Explain your strong points and key elements. Give them updates from what you've learned since your previous time you attended the interview.
Try to be as interesting as possible or they'll choose someone else.
Best option:
Alternatively, choose another country where you know people don't speak good English and fly there, attend the interview and win over all the other applicants.

I have my final interview upcoming thursday via the internet. I'm a bit anxious because this will be my second attempt at doing the interview. The first one was 3 years ago and I didn't receive feedback. Out of all the people that were at the assesment day only 2 were chosen. A girl and myself 😁! I will have my pictures taken tomorrow morning and start preparing everything. Wish me luck and thank you for all your tips and examples! Kind regards

That’s weird .. EK completed all the rounds of interview in one day when they conducted open day in my city. 800 people 😮is a lot.. we had only 10 people .. who attended the open day😅

Hello Manish,
We are aware that they are constantly changing methods throughout their open days. Some venues are treated quickly and you may go through the whole assessment in 2 days. Some venues have final interviews done over the computer using Skype.
The way we joined was completely done at the venue. Only the Psychometric test was done from home. Currently we have some colleagues attending open days and will revert soon the information on latest trends.

Yes, high resolution. That's what I did. I also sent them plenty of pictures in casual clothes to their email. Those were the formalities when I joined. Hope this helps!

Emirates holds open days and assessment centres all over the world but you always need to check their website since they hold open days in those countries they require crew the most. Since crew resign all the time, their hiring locations change all the time
