At a massive airline like Emirates, having no experience won’t make you stand out from the competition. My suggestion is for you to gain customer service for at least a year, enroll in a cabin crew training program if you have to so that you improve the likelihood of being a successful candidate.
Pictures aren't mandatory anymore, you don't need to put it in your cv. Although it would be ideal if you did. It helps recruiters. But the ATS scanner shouldn't have a problem ignoring it. Ats scanners parse information that is in written form as far as I know.

The software can parse and analyze these formats no problem. Of that I'm almost certain. Let me know your source of info just in case
