    Finallly! Been waiting for this video! Loved that all tips are so practical and were followed by "Don'ts". Honestly, your tutorial video is worth paying for! You should consider starting a business for non-English speakers about Emirates Open/Assessment day stuff. I'll definitely mention you in my next tutorial video related to this topic!

    Thank you so much for these videos...😊😊how thoughtful of you to take the time and effort to help us aspiring candidates to reach our goal of becoming cabin with Emirates one day in such a visually appealing and easy to follow way, so thank you. Keep it up👍👍.
    My name is Angad and I'm from Auckland, New Zealand and I have few things to clarify regarding CV Drop off. Is it a good idea to shake the recruiters hand before giving your CV or should it be done after answering their questions and then thanking them for their time? What did you or other candidates do at your Open Day?
    How many open days did you attend?
    PS: I attended three open days and have been unsuccessful at all 3, even though I was confident with my CV and also got my photos done professionally, I don't know what went wrong?
    Maybe you could do a video focusing solely on mastering the first impressions for Emirates perhaps?
    Thank you once again😊😊

    • @WishCasting
      @WishCasting  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      We're really sorry to hear that.. It's unfortunate!
      We'll work on a sample CV on a future episode since there are so many people asking for it.
      It appears to be some common issue when attending an Emirates interview.
      Please stay tuned for future episodes, we're working hard on many episodes yet to come out soon. Biweekly now, not weekly.
      Thank you for all the compliments and support. We're really glad we were of any help.
      If it isn't trouble, mind you sharing our videos so to help others and us at the same time? We're not financed by anyone. All the help is greatly appreciated.
      Thanks Angad and wish you best of luck on the next open day!
      PS: feel free to get in touch with us through the links in our video description, we'd love to know your story. We'll give you personal feedback. Record a video of max 3 minutes and we'll provide feedback on a video totally dedicated to you. We'll provide necessary details if you're interested in a collab ;)

    Hi Orlando! I’m Cynthia from Argentina, I recently went to an OD and didn’t passed the CV drop. It was clearly my fault bc in that minute with the recruiter I made plenty of mistakes. Have seen this video I’ll go fully prepared next time. My question is : should I withdraw the application I made online? Bc I want to improve my CV and photos . Thanks a lot for these videos and I look forward to your reply. Gracias !

      Donny thank you! ☺️
      There is no max age. Only minumum of 21.
      However it is true that from 22 to 26 its perfect. From 26 to 30 its good. From 30 to 34 it's harder. From 34 onwards it's quite hard.
      This is my opinion and experience.

    Wow, I found your channel yesterday and it's amazing! I have a question. Can I go to assesment day (not invited) and tell them that I am available to start in a year?

    • @WishCasting
      @WishCasting  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can't really do that cause your experience changes and you need to update them constantly with what's new with you. Maybe I'm wrong but.. If I was the employer, I wouldn't hire someone so far away in time. You never know if that person gets a scar or breaks a tooth or more in that year. It's a very long time! I know they wait a month or more but 1 year is so much..

    Hello Wishcasting first of all thank you very much for all the information.
    I want to ask you, for a black suit ,which tie to choose a black one or a blue one ?
    Thanks :)
    Keep going...

    • @WishCasting
      @WishCasting  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It doesn't really matter. Just try not to look like you're going to a ball or opera.
      I'd recommend a dark gray suit or blue navy suit or black suit.
      In all three occasions, a dark dark blue close to black tie with small pattern of small dots all over is a great idea to make it more interesting.
      But this is me, you can go with plain black or blue.

    Okay I want to ask u smthin'...ahmm I'm from India n right now I'm 20, my height is 190 cm and I'm too scared cuz most of time I feel like I will get rejected cuz of my height...so do they accept with this much of heigh? I really want to know cuz I've been searching for this from last 3 years n all the answers I got were fake not satisfied...I want perfect answer...hope you will help me...
    N hey can you tell me like I told you that I'm 190cm, so what you think they will measure my height or not? Or they will reject me directly? Or they will not measure n directly accept me? Like I'm too confused.

    Hey! Thank you so much for all your videos. I am from Nepal. I applied online on September 2018 and didn't hear from them for a year. Then all of a sudden I received this email on
    27 November,2019 stating that they have received my application and I can now visit the nearest country for attending the interview. After posting in several groups, I found out that it was a response from them and I was able to attend OD. I was so excited and feel ready more than last year . Due to visa requirements I'm only able to be at UAE or BAHRAIN. Both of them are Invited only, the date for UAE is TBC and 22 December for Bahrain. I was planning to go to Bahrain AD by registering but after I saw your video about not applying for AD, I'm in dilemma now. And is it ok to walk in an AD even though we don't receive email before the set date?
    Looking forward to your suggestions.
    Thank you 🤗😊💗🎊
