Please Help, How to fix One cell of Lipo battery Low vol

1. connect battery to charger, but do not connect balance leads
2. Select Charge program and then select 2S (if your battery is 3S)
3. Start charging, wait for complete
4. Connect balance leads
5. Select Ballance programm and 3S (your real batter value)
6. Start.
I've just restored one 1000mAh battery with one low voltage cell
