Hi guys! Thanks for such an amazing work. I am from Kemerovo, and you captured the spirit quite well. I’ve been living in Kemerovo for 22 years, and it is even more beautiful in real life, especially in summer, with all the birches and pines and flowers around the city. Siberia is criminally underrated by travellers. Everyone thinks it’s cold as hell and people are mean. It is cold as hell indeed, but not always, and the people are really kind, educated and funny 🤍❄️
I genuinely had no idea that Siberia has such modern beautiful cities. Thank you for your videos I’m really enjoying them. Cheers from sunny Australia😎☀️

There's so many kind and heart-warming words from foreigners in the comment section, so it only felt natural for a local to write this. It's such a surreal experience seeing your own city from an outsider's point of view. Special things like the overhead view of the Cathedral or the firework-lit horizon shot from the village. You even managed to visit the suburban neighbourhood where I live. I' never thought that I would one day miss my native city, but It is surprisingly comforting knowing It's been captured on video and is somewhere I can find it in 10-20 years to recapture the old memories. I wish you luck with your Videos, and hope it will let other people with their cities experience the same feeling as I did here.

It seems like to us that Mr. & Mrs. Santa 🤶 🎅 Claus would LOVE vacationing in Siberia. Thank you for sharing THIS nice video with everyone.
Even in times of Tsarism, Siberia was not only a place of desolation and outcast but also a big source of natural resources, from gold and ore to exotic food and even wheat. After completing the Trans-Siberian railway, many big cities are emerged here. I’m from Novosibirsk, the biggest city of Western Siberia and the third biggest city of Russia. Here are many malls and food courts, metro railways with decorated Soviet-style stations, one of biggest and poshest opera theathers in the world (considered biggest in Asia prior to opening the new Bweijing Opera Hall in 2006), a lot of art, history and thematic museums, a big university and the two separate towns of reserachers and scientists, Akademgorodok and the famous Koltsovo, a base of “Vector” researching center for microbiology and genetics. And Novosibirsk is not an oldest city of Siberia, just biggest. Other places, such as Tomsk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, and Irkutsk, definitely have their own, original asethetics and vibe. Here is a very hot summer and a moderately harsh winter, among the big rivers and lakes, wide, clear forests and endless plains. Definitely, Siberia is not a boring region.
Honestly it’s really kinda blew me away. Anything I’ve ever seen of Siberia it’s desolate and not modern in anyway. I’m ever getting an education by watching your videos, I do have some friends that lived in Siberia and left ( escaped) as soon as they could, they were exiled there through their grandparents during the dark days of the old CCCP. They only told me that it was a very hard life for them. The more I watch your channel the more I want to visit Russia.
Oh wow guys!!! That is amazing. My girlfriend and I used to live in Kemerovo at the exact time of you being there. We are from South Africa and we used to stay at Октябрьский проспект 51, the reddish-brown building seen at 2:05. If only our paths had crossed. 😊

So beautiful cities but snow falling here
It’s beautiful!❤
Спасибо за интересное видео!
Such a beautiful place!!
Родной город 😍
It's so beautiful love from Indian
Thanks। Very Nice Place।
Ого,это довольно таки неожиданно ,не так часто увидишь свой город в таких видео
Honestly it’s really kinda blew me away. Anything I’ve ever seen of Siberia it’s desolate and not modern in anyway.
I’m ever getting an education by watching your videos, I do have some friends that lived in Siberia and left ( escaped) as soon as they could, they were exiled there through their grandparents during the dark days of the old CCCP.
They only told me that it was a very hard life for them.
The more I watch your channel the more I want to visit Russia.
Ваши друзья, скорее всего, убежали в сша. А мы, русские, никуда бежать не собираемся
Кто уехал, может отрабатывать негативную повестку без объективеости.
Russians very much in love with theaters. And interesting that Siberian theatre life is more wild than Moscow or SPB
I am coming to live in Kemerovo , actually to study , l am a South African so Kemerovo State University will be my home for the next 6 years
Good luck 🤗
I was there in end of may early June and was 90F hot no air conditioning! Did not see all the cold but was in Tomsk in the winter.
Crazy how the temperature changes from winter to Summer! 😊❄️🌞
Очень поверхностно рассказали про самый лучший город на земле.
It looks like a city in Saskatchewan, Canada in winter, minus the multi family dwellings.
Oh wow guys!!! That is amazing. My girlfriend and I used to live in Kemerovo at the exact time of you being there. We are from South Africa and we used to stay at Октябрьский проспект 51, the reddish-brown building seen at 2:05. If only our paths had crossed. 😊
Oh wow! What a small world! What bought you both to Kemerovo if I may ask? 🥰
@@MattandJulia We taught English at Хайлайт, a relatively large extracurricular language school. It was an amazing experience and our introduction to Russia and where we fell in love with the people and culture. We are furthering our adventure to Chelyabinsk next year. Absolutely can't wait.😀
