Thanks. Great video. Just the right length and you included everything I wanted and needed to know. I'm ordering mine soon, but in yellow for hi-visibility. One thing I really like is that you can fix a clip-on tail light on the side fasteners.
These are great bags. They are actually superior to Ortlieb in several ways the most important being the fabric. Rockbros makes two version of this; nylon +TPU or PVC which is less expensive and heavier. Yours are the TPU which are superior to what Ortlieb uses (PVC or PU) since TPU is stronger, lighter and non toxic. It's significantly more durable and Ortlieb only uses this material on one of their high end backpacks but not on the panniers. Second, I believe the closure system and plastic reinforcements below the lower hook and on bottom of bag are added benefits compared to Ortlieb. Only question would be how durable is the mounting clip system but since you used them on presumably rough roads in Central America for 3500 miles it sounds like they are solid.
I've seen these on Amazon. Thanks for a great review. I like the bungee cord at the front and the full adjustability of the attachment system. Also waterproofness. Awesome!
I’m in Nicaragua Dude! Remember I invited you to visit me in Honduras? I have Vaude panniers and not even 500 km on tour and the seams got open because bad welding, headed to Colombia and no longer waterproof, would not recommend Vaude.
Those seem to be similar to but a little cheaper than Ortliebs. Since I got a front and rear set of Ortliebs, and another rear set for my son, all for half price, I think I did pretty well, but if I were to buy them now for full price, I'd certainly consider these Rockbros. Though the Ortliebs don't have all the elastic cord on the front...do you utilize that much?
I ended using the elastic cord more than I thought I would. It came in handy when I needed to hang something to dry or tighten the bag. Sounds like u got a good deal on ur Ortliebs! They are pricey when it’s full price.
4:22 Is that a GUAVA Tree . . . just curious from the Caribbean islands!
So great to see a practical review by someone who's actually used them for their intended purpose. Thank you so much for posting this.
Thank you!

I am happy you liked it! Cheers!
Does a 17' laptop fit in there?
Yea, gonna put these on my list. Man between rockbros and topeak, touring doesnt seem "as" expensive lol

Thanks for the review
Thank you for watching Brotha!

Thank you! Yes they are well worth it!
Inside do they have any dividers? I can't find a picture or video anywhere that shows the inside when empty lol
Hi! There is one divider with a zipper pocket. The divider is super thing for like a laptop of books, the rest of the space is empty.

Hey Omare!! Nice man!! What part of Nicaragua are you at!? I forgot to contact you in Honduras bro!!
when did you replace your tires back to surly?
I replaced it once after 1,500miles. It all depends on the terrain you are biking.
These panniers still look like new after 3.5K miles. 👍
Right! They held up really well!
