I was there at the sets open house, that was fun. I was a Train Passenger and my Grandma was the Pie Lady, You can see her when Marty throughs the Pie Plate. my Grandma is right behind Mar.
She got to meet him at a bar he was at and even get an autograph from him, but sadly, that got lost in a fire about a year after the third movie came out.
I was just looking for filming locations for BTTF 3 and then I found this gem. I particularly enjoyed seeing the saloon and Doc Brown's workshop. Nicely filmed and put together.
Clock tower was actually blown down in a bad wind storm. The rest burnt down in 96 so sad. Would be a great bit of Movie history to go and visit ig it where only still preserved. Sadly there is nothing left at the location
someone needs to go out to this site and do a filming of what it looks like now.they have tons of videos about all the other filming locations of back to future series but no one has gone out to the wilderness and done the old west Hill Valley site yet.
@@faithingod9554 so damn sad damnit 😢😢 My grandpa lived in the Jamestown area and would always tell stories about the Back to the future being filmed over there..
It came out back when I was a toddler and I have grown up watching it over and over again along with the first two movies from the 80's back to the future part 2 was filmed and came out the year I was a baby back in 1989 if anyone wants to know that about me actually
I really wish people would have planned ahead and figured out after the first two movies, these buildings were important to save. I guess they didn't care.
Any chance you have exact coordinates for where this used to exist? Some websites claim it was in Red Hills Ranch but I can't seem to match up the geography.
My brother and I nagged our parents for an entire vacation to try and find this place, thinking we could see it from a road. But using Em's coordinates in Google Maps (it is tough because it's been 30 years now) there is a patch of land uphill and slightly left of the pinpoint (before reaching the dirt road) that appears to have once had buildings on it.
It was a little childish and silly but it never jumped the couch. Being the worst of a great trilogy isn’t a bad spot. The second half of part 2 is kinda boring I always forget that until I watch it.

awsome
What, this scene? th-cam.com/video/sWfmN6F5SjE/w-d-xo.html
My grandma lives very close to Jamestown. She actually got to meet Christopher Lloyd personally when they were filming Part 3.
How personally?
She got to meet him at a bar he was at and even get an autograph from him, but sadly, that got lost in a fire about a year after the third movie came out.
ShyGuy83 I see you everywhere
Nice👍!

This video should have way more views smh. This is one of the greatest trilogies of all time. Just seeing this takes us back in time just a little.

Great Scott! This is heavy. Such a pity the Clock Tower was torn down. Great footage, capturing a moment in time!

The Volkswagen/Delorean kit car sold for nearly a half a million to a true fan out in Massachusetts! One of 3 and the only privately owned machine
This is like the coolest thing I've ever seen! So awesome... Thanks much for this... Seriously
This is great! I remember visiting the set as a kid.
Proud to say I was born and raised in Jamestown. Funny thing is, I only heard the film was made there only a couple years ago.
I need to time travel there
Спасибо большое за ценные кадры!🤩Жаль,что всё сгорело...😭 Действительно от удара молнии?😲
Sure wish I was old enough at the time to go there and visit.
Thanks for this video. Its awesome! :)
I was There with my Family 😊

Too bad it burned down

It burned down in 96.
I would have loved this.
wow, that was a nice treat :)
Aww the good old days.
Muy realista. Maestro zemekis
Great Scott! By my calculations this must be 1883 in California! But if this is 1883 then I'm from the future!
Wow this is heavy........
Surprised the insurance company would allow the public to wander around.
Wow thank you for this video, sad that the set burned down, I live like 2 hours away from it.
Merlin Crow 1995
is there anything left?
barse27 Absolutely nothing. The fire took everything.😭
Angel Cortes Ironicly enough it was caused by a strike of lightning

90s Americans, I’ve never seen so much beige in my entire life
What was this filmed with?
A potato?
All burned to the ground 😭 sad

A Bolt of Lighting !!!

ambersalcove I was only 8 in 1989 when Back To The Future Part 2 came out
I was 5 years old in 1989
I really wish people would have planned ahead and figured out after the first two movies, these buildings were important to save. I guess they didn't care.
I was there
Lightning killed the set
that made me Sad, other Films used the same BTF 3 set. like "Bad Girls" 1994. I was sad when the set burned down.
The set burned accidentally or deliberately burned??
Vanja Kukec It was a lightening strike
ELEV8 FPV damage I've always wanted to visit it now, only Warner Bros. studios one day while visiting the USA for 4 or 5 years
That makes sense

I believe the train station was located around 37°52'0.25"N 120°30'14.75"W. Rotate map about 180° so hills are in the background.
It was in Red Hills Property right on the edge of Jamestown.
bttftour com have all the info buddy :)
Emmett L. Brown 2015 Please hope and pray that they'll never ever make a Back To The Future Part IV since it's not needed at all whatsoever!

I think this is not a movie, back to the future
Nice location Unfortunately they should have stopped at 2 movies this one was just alitte OVER the top!!
