Why assume this? You can buy acid-free tissue nowadays! Anyway, with so many layers of acrylic paint plus a good acrylic medium or varnish to seal & finish, I don't think anyone need worry about paper or artwork disintegrating. If done correctly, the art will probably last longer than all of us!
Great decision to have multiple colours under the first leaf pull.

Sounds like deli paper.

How do you mount this fine paper to display?
I;m assuing the tissue paper isn't acid free, so over time it's going to disintergrate ?
